The food and the workers are great, but I’ve started to see an issue with the staffing. It’s always short. Today I came in from out of town and I’ve really been wanting some food from The Hub . I went ahead and called to make a order and was immediately placed on a five minute hold at which point I had pulled up to the establishment so I hung up the phone when inside. When I came in, there was a line of five people which took about 15 minutes to get To the register to order because y’all only have one person working the morning shift. The poor girl was running around ragged. I got there right at 9 o’clock and by the time I left it was 930... For a cup of coffee and breakfast sandwich. It does not seem like a reasonable amount of time considering what I ordered. Get more people in there so the service can be what it used to be.

I have went there in the past and have been great service great atmosphere love the design of the place it makes you relax it's a place to go definitely. The last time that I went which was on August 5th it was okay service not like I got before
