Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Ordered a chicken sandwich with FF and slaw plus one order of eggrolls, lady read back that i ordered cheese bites i said no just the eggroll ( 1 order ) then i get to the window and another lady reads my order ba i to me and it’s still wrong except now it’s 2 orders of egg rolls and no slaw. idk if they couldn’t hear me but something didn’t click.

The worse chicken sandwich I ever had. Over cooked and dry. Cashier tried to tell me I had no money on my gift card, when I knew I did.

I ordered my chicken well cooked and they didn't cook it right and I asked them to tell me that I had to pay for a new order. It's not fair. That's why I ordered my chicken well cooked. But it's okay to not eat at this restaurant again. It's okay.

Multiple visits now, tonight was first time they were out of the Mr. Beast Box. The Men's bathroom has the odor of a public park restroom as well, it needed a good cleaning.

The service was so slow and we had to wait an hour to get our food I will never be coming back here do better and the price was 50 dollars

Every time I come there I always ask for my wings to be cooked a little longer because I like them crispy and it's NEVER the way I ask. I don't mind waiting for them either. In fact they're usually cold and I'm charged for extra sauce as well and not given any. wtf. Literally this is EVERY TIME!!!!

It was me and my family’s first time at this location. Me and my husband have two little kids as we walked in we waited at the cash register for about 10 mins to be waited on. Nobody was in front of us everyone just ignored us behind the register. Then finally the little blonde hair worker came to the register with a bad attitude! Didn’t say hello or anything I guess we interrupted her as she was vacuuming the rug as we were coming in. She took our order after that finally. because you know cleaning the rug is way more important then waiting on or greeting the customers. Anyways after that me and my family sat down after we could find a somewhat clean table! They were all nasty. And in order to get napkins you had to walk in a big puddle of water! We got our drink cups and as I was getting our drinks the same girl that waited on us came over to me and started Vacuuming the rug as I was getting drinks and HIT my foot with the vacuum! Pretty much telling me to get out of her way! So I had to move so she could vacuum the rug by the drink area. Then we finally got our food it was all thrown on two plates we spend about 50 dollers there on a family meal didn’t get any plates or sauce had to go back up there to get more and walk through a puddle of water well stand in it to get ketchup and napkins that were all sticky. Our chicken strips were just full of Grease when you broke them in half grease just poured out of them. Needless to say me and my whole family got sick after eating there. Then me and my daughter go to the restroom after we were done. The restroom was dirty no toilet paper in one of the stalls. Needless to say we will never go back to this location you all need to do BETTER! and you need to teach your workers how to treat people and not run them over with vacuums and such I was so disappointed when I left and there is no excuse for the behavior or the way the place looked! It was not even that busy when we went in there!

Decided to give zaxbys another try. Danville location. French fries thrown all on top of coleslaw. Fries that weren’t are luke warm, toast black, tenders kinda firm like they were cooked awhile ago not to mention they were all about 2.5 inches long. $25 bucks for 2 meals and a kid tender.

The best chicken wings and zalad in town! Quick service. The only thing I miss is thousand island dressing. I bring my own.
