Good food, management may want to hire more staff the service was slow
It's not fancy but the people are great and the food is like what your grandma used to make. I've eaten here a few times with my friend who is a pilot. This is a little out of the way but if you want a hamburger that is hand-pattied, then this is the place to go. They also have plate specials like meatloaf, chicken fried steak, and thanksgiving dinner. You have to call them to see what is available any specific time. A very quaint small restaurant by the county airport. Picturesque setting atop the mountain.The restaurant appears well kept and clean. Server was efficient and polite. Burger was fresh and tasty. Tater tots were perfectly crisp. The chef salad was also fresh and crisp, although a bit small. Breaded Portabella mushrooms appetizer was very good. Prices were very reasonable. We look forward to another visit.
