Got a Sandwich and fries at 2pm, I think it had been sitting for at least an hour. Bun was soggy and smashed and I saw the cashier take it from a heater area with about 20 others sitting there for who knows how long. I didn't see all the other bad reviews before I went there but I wish I had.

Horrible. All of it. If you could treat this place like a Wi-Fi router, the best thing that could be done is to unplug it, wait fifteen seconds, plug it back in and truly hope for the best. Just terrible.

I don’t recommend going to Arby’s in dry ridge we got our kids burgers and they were extremely undercooked and they told us that’s how they come if you don’t wan to end up sick don’t go
