I don’t recommend going to Arby’s in dry ridge we got our kids burgers and they were extremely undercooked and they told us that’s how they come if you don’t wan to end up sick don’t go

My husband had the roast beef. He happy with it. I had the fish sandwich, my bun was smashed, fish wasn't crispy.
Waited in drive thru for 20 minutes and received a Beef and Cheddar with no cheddar and a Reuben sandwich with cold meat that felt like it just came out of the refrigerator. Thanks for nothing.

Typically, it is really good food and service. However, recently, the food quality has gone down. Last time we went, they served us stale cold fries. I didn't notice until we got home, so we just threw the fries out.
Food was cold. Chicken was dry. ordered value meal and was charged for a regular meal. Not worth the cost

Absolute dog feces. Worst Arby's I've ever had the displeasure of acquainting. Waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru for a couple barf n cheddars that ended up tasting like pus from an infected cyst oozing from the underarm of a manatee.
