Clerk Zack and Justin were amazingly helpful. They were both knowledgeable about the menu items and ingredients for making a drink that I didn't know the name of. Zack was especially kind to my 6year old daughter who was having a tough day. He managed to put a smile on her face. Stopped in to this Starbucks on a road trip. This is a normal store for us to visit on our way through the area.The service is always good, and they're conveniently right off the freeway.

This Starbucks has been such a blessing to Dry Ridge ever since it opened. They have always been very supportive of their community and customers. Their service is unmatched and somehow their speed in the drive-thru line is always quick, even while stopping to offer friendly words with a perfectly made beverage and/or food item. All of the baristas are kind and professional, and we are especially grateful for Emily! Thank you Starbucks Dry Ridge!
