Quick service for your morning coffee

Stayed at a hotel nearby for the weekend, came through 3 different times and each time it took longer and longer to get through the drive through. The 3rd time we waited about 10 minutes at the speaker (we did a mobile order so we paid already). Finally got around the building, but that took another 10 minutes to get even to the window itself. These guys can’t handle a rush.. there’s a snow storm coming through as I type this. The snow didn’t start till about 9:30 soo can’t imagine people not showing up for work or something. But even the first 2 times it took a solid (at least) 5 minutes to get 2 drinks, a refresher and a brown shaken espresso. Luckily we don’t live here so don’t have to worry about coming back.

Hello. Was a regular of Dunkin' donuts dry ridge Kentucky for over 3 years straight. Sometime over this last summer the crew changed and then came a whole bunch of new people. Ever since then the service has gone downhill and has become very bad. Still went there up until this very last week. Went through and ordered a pumpkin spice latte iced. They loaded it down with so much cinnamon and sugar that it literally made me vomit. Tried to call the store to say something about it and couldn't get a hold of anybody. So I called corporate. Corporate seem concerned and said they would get a hold of the store. I'm very sure they did. The store was supposed to get a hold of me to try to make it right but the store never got a hold of me. I would give this 0 stars but it made me give one star. Will not ever go there again. They have lost my service. Will definitely be going to Walton's Dunkin' donuts from now on.

I had a fantastic experience at this Dunkin' Donuts! I ordered five Boston cream donut holes and a medium coffee, and both were absolutely perfect. The coffee was rich and flavorful, and the donut holes were fresh, soft, and filled just right. I really appreciate the team here—everyone did an amazing job. Thank you for making my visit so enjoyable!

A lot better now I go here 3 or 4 times a day sometimes, it's never run smoother than it does now, I like the new manager and staff. This was a great change. I actually stopped coming to this location for awhile but with the new changes made I have returned as an everyday customer.

Wish I could still buy the stock. They have lapped starbucks. Waaay more food items, many sugar free syrup options and fine coffees and doughnuts. A very friendly staff too!!

Parking: Its located in an adjacent strip next to a Wal-mart. No parking issues ever!
