Another holiday weekend and another failure. Think Y’all could figure this out already. If you know you are drive thru only put that on the app so people who like saving time don’t have to sit in a 15 minute long drive thru line to pick up their order. Think about the customer first for once so you dont inconvenience them by providing an option that isn’t actually available and directly impacts their time. This ain’t hard. Figure it out already. Every holiday y’all tumble badly. A single store should be mismanaged this badly.

I came through today and told the lady in the drive through I had a mobile order. She very rudely said “for who?” And then told me to pull around. She forgot the cold foam on my drink and I asked nicely if she could put it on there and she didn’t say anything and when she handed me my drink back, I said thank you and she proceeded to not say anything and slammed the door. The service here is always terrible besides the manger who comes by sometimes. Do not recommend, these people are disrespectful.

While not disgusting, it's not impressive. Food is all microwaved (that's on me, didn't think it through) - which means soggy food. The ladies there seemed to be on the struggle bus this morning.
TBH, it's a Duncan Donuts- so it's nothing surprising. They be aren't exact a high quality establishment.

Out the only good doughnuts they have. Which is Boston cream.
Coffee is good but doughnuts dont beat Krispy cream and never will.
So if your going to have good coffee you at least need to have the good doughnuts in stock.

Stopped for a quick drink. Waited in line for most 20 minutes as people behind me had their order filled over and over. Somehow they forgot my order and I had to tell them again what I ordered. They were so worried about the drive thru and not people standing in lobby. Wo t stop here again.

Can't even put donuts in a bag correctly. My mom gets breakfast here on occasion and I realized today that every single time that she gets me two donuts, they put the icing side down at bottom of the bag and the plain glazed donut on top. How are you not smart enough to put donuts in a bag correctly??? This would be like a pizzeria putting their pizzas in the box cheese side down. Absolutely ridiculous behavior. If it was once or twice then oh well, it happens. But it's literally been every single time for over a year.
