We got to go. Drive thru people were very nice. Had a decent size order so they had to bring it out and the young man that brought it out was very sweet. Only down thing I have to say is the gravy was like water other than that everything else was great food.

Pretty crappy that when you mess up a order you can't get nobody on the phone then you leave a voice message and nobody answers then when you go back up there and say hey the other day I left a voice message they gave me the wrong order then they ask for a receipt I don't have the receipt because you gave me the wrong order well there's nothing I can do about it if you don't have the receipt you didn't give me a receipt I got the wrong order

So..I normally don't rate or review places mostly because just a matter of opinion. But tonight I can't let this go any longer. Yes ...I orfldee through a third party (mostly doordash) but really wish KFC would look over orders before sealing the bag. Ordered one 5 piece tender box, and 2 chicken little combos. Only got one of the combos. And no sauces...again! Considering it was almost 50$ for this order it's quite disppointing. KFC do better!

Dietary restrictions: My daughter is allergic to corn and so I substitute the corn for green beans and on top of it she is special needs and they refuse to substitute unless I pay them $5.00 extra....why it's a damn vegetable I'm not asking for anything extra it's a substitute b/c of dietician needs.... ridiculous

Was at the KFC in Dry Ridge Ky on 5/16/24 at approximately 3:30pm. It was not busy at all. Ordered an 8 piece bucket with two sides. There was no extra crispy breasts, only original recipe. I got a mixed bucket with Cole slaw and Mac n cheese as my side items. There was no soft drinks available, only tea or water. Upon getting home and having dinner we were extremely disappointed. The biscuits were hard, obviously old. The original recipe breasts were bland. The Mac n cheese was not very warm and also very bland. The Cole slaw was edible. I hope the rest of the chicken pieces in extra crispy are better tomorrow after warming them in the air fryer and biscuits soften up from the microwave. This visit rates two stars, and that is being extremely generous.
