Tonight me and some friends went through drive thru and got a Baja blast and it tasted so bad and didn’t have much syrup in it. They said they had just changed it but never made a new drink for us but just told us that there was nothing wrong with it and told us to keep the NASTY drink.

Placed a online order and took 20 minutes to get to restaurant. Once there the was serving people that came in after me the same things i order. Tell me i would have to wait another 15 minutes. Run completely awful and incompetent.

Be advised that if you want the old Honey barbecue wings, they use the Hot and Spicey wings that suck and dip them in Honey barbecue . Obviously this changes the flavor, not in a good way. Terrible policy KFC.

The staff here is very nice and always a joy to talk with when times for them are slow. The managers are amazing and understanding as well! They're always fast at making food, and quick to fix any mistakes you may have. And give amazing service and are quick to assist you with anything. Theyre always quick to take your order as well! It's amazing that you can get taco bell or KFC at this location!

It had been a minute since indulging on some KFC. I received a notification of a free 8 piece bucket with a minimum $15 purchase. Went to the app, started tooling with options and ended up getting an 8 piece bucket combo and adding a large side (to meet the $15 min purchase). So we got 8 pieces of famous Kentucky Fried Chicken, a larger mashed potatoes and gravy, large cole slaw, large mac-n-cheese and 4 biscuits for $16 and change. Couldn't beat that deal with a stick. Without the free bucket offer it would have been almost $40. Fed my family of 4 some delectable secret recipe, world famous chicken, sides and biscuits..... For $4 a person. Literally winner winner chicken dinner :) Placed the order in the app, it was bagged and ready in the pickup window. No muss no fuss. Easy peasy chicken greasy...... I'm on a roll lol.

Cashier was very rude and called my fiancé a snob all because she asked for our receipt also looks as if they were all more worried about playing in the kitchen rather then getting food out to customers 75% of the customers were very upset because no one was getting their food
