La Rosas apparently doesnt do olive oil as a base for its pizzas any more. I cant eat the pizza sauce. Without the olive oil, the pizza is lackluster. We also were supposed to get the 7.99 medium pizza deal and they charged us full price. This is not the 1st time this has happened at this restuarant. Its like they try to scam you.

The Dry Ridge KY LaRosa's makes the best pizzas I've EVER had out of at least 20 different locations we've tried over the years. They loaded up the toppings, cooked to perfection and didn't skimp on the cheese either!! Seriously all other LaRosa's restaurants need to take note!! The get our reward for the best pizza! Their salads were awesome too. Thank you Dry Ridge location for an outstanding job from the food to the service! Buddy would be proud!❤️

Moving to Southern Kentucky from Ohio this is one of the best things I miss LaRosas!!! On my visits back to Ohio I stop here. No other chance to eat one of the best pizza's EVER going south. Thank you Dry Ridge.

We have gone twice in a week hoping the service was better the second time around. We have absolutely no complaints regarding the food, but the staff is not customer service oriented, they do not check on their customers regularly, and the overall management operations does not reflect a restaurant/ bar who truly cares about putting the customer first. The waitresses were all doing shots behind the bar while we were just waiting to get our drinks refilled.
It is questionable if our waitress was even 21 years of age.
If you are looking for great customer service, I would not recommend this operation at this point in time.

The pizzas were pretty bland and seemed to be of frozen pizza quality like Tombstone or something.
Ordered and paid by phone and my pizzas were ready by the time I got there. They even gave us plates and napkins which was great.

Poor management. Understaffed for a Friday night or any night. 35 minutes to get drink order. 1 bartender on duty and was overwhelmed. Assistant manager was also overwhelmed as she had a lot of business but no help showed up. After speaking with bartender and assistant manager it was clear they were doing the best they could with who they had. I blame the Manager and owner for leaving them in this situation. Tables were not bussed in a timely manner as waitresses were doing both.
