The store was absolutely disgusting and natural got our order wrong. Chicken nuggets were old and stale. Its a very busy location but was no excuse for the floors to be covered in food and coke.

Drive through is a joke, no matter what you order or how many cars are in line you will always be asked to drive your car to the reserved spots to wait for your food. If your looking for actual fast food just go to any of the surrounding fast food places. McDonalds seems to be the only one in Dry Ridge that does this.

We ordered a kids meal and crispy chicken meal. They had us and about 10 other cars park to the side for some reason. We waited 20 minutes because they dont tell you to pull off to the side until after you pay so you're stuck! When are food finally came out it was cold. The staff was so confused and had so many cars pulled of to the side they had no idea what was happening. Do yourself a favor and go next door to wendys.
Ordered 2 quarter pounders w/cheese and waited 30 minutes in the drive thru and never recieved my food, when i confronted them they told me i will not be getting my food nor will they issue a refund

It's always something. I ordered two sandwiches with extra cheese and go one sandwich with extra cheese and another with no cheese. I even confirmed on the screen that it was right before paying . I wasn't offered a receipt so I can't even get it corrected.
