Not Sure where to Start, BURNT BREAD STICKS AND OREO BITES, Pizza looked old and it was cold.
Not appealing at all, Rather chew on a old dog turd. then had to take it back to them, After being told nothing they could do to my wife, got there some Lady gave me horrible and Horrendous Customer service While I was there, Continued to Argue with me it was not burnt , bread sticks I guess are blackened now, then after she Gave me my refund, she threw receipt at me, It's Shamefull my family n I are 6 hrs from Home, I chose papa John's normal Good in our Area, Unfortunately this 1 is A straight up DUMPSTER FIRE . ZERO STARS is what it should be.
Title: Papa John’s Fed My Soul — BP Tried to Steal It
I came to Papa John’s for a pizza. I left with enlightenment, emotional healing, and garlic sauce so powerful it probably counts as a sacred artifact. I don’t know what kind of celestial oven they’re working with back there, but that crust had the audacity to be both crispy and fluffy. I cried real tears.
BP is right next door, watching all this greatness unfold like the jealous neighbor in every sitcom. While Papa John’s is out here crafting edible masterpieces, BP looks like it gave up on life in 2006 and just decided to lean into the sadness. I parked in front of BP by accident and my car immediately got sad. It wouldn’t start until I turned it toward the glow of Papa John’s.
Inside Papa John’s? Friendly staff, golden cheese, good vibes, and a guy named Kyle who made my pizza with the focus of a monk in a trance.
Inside BP? Flickering lights, a sticky floor, and the lingering sense that you’re being watched by a raccoon with unpaid taxes.
Papa John’s gave me extra pepperoncini. BP gave me anxiety.
If you’re standing between Papa John’s and BP and you still choose BP? I don’t know, man. That’s a character flaw.
Pizza was not good topings tased pepacked bannapepers flat i had beter pizza beter pizza in town and every time i order thay use door dash door dash wont pick up if there is not a tip i lick to tip at the door so if i dont tip on the card my pizza is allways late
Amanda, thank you so much for going out of your way to fix the little mistakes! Any time I’ve ever had an issue she’s had no problem making my stuff right!
Pizza was hot and ready when promised! It was really good, too.
They drove to us in a blizzard just before close to deliver to us at our hotel, thanks! Really went above and beyond!
Ordered our food between 3:00 and 4:00pm to be delivered at 6:30pm. 7:00pm and still no food. Called the manager and got a response of “it’s out for delivery”. Dint off any type of refund or even a free pizza on our next order. This is the second time in less than a month. Unfortunately no one else delivers to our address. We would definitely order from Dominoes if they delivered here.

The pizza was cold. We ordered cheese cups. They were missing. I called the store and the manager said sorry we are busy. We are short drivers. She really didn’t care.

This is one of my favorite Papa Johns. The manager Amanda is the sweetest and the food is so delicious. We had an issue with the bread sticks being a tad overdone so we called in and the manager on duty said "Of course, I got you". And when our order came the bread sticks were absolutely perfect. The pizza was as well but it always is. Don't hesitate to order from here, the staff actually care about putting out quality products. ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING SERVICE! ❤️

Ordered three pizza. 1 with no cheese for a person with severe allergies to all milk products. Of course it was delivered with cheese resulting in that person only eating crust. No excuses for this. Since it was door dashed we got a refund for the pizza but the issue remains just read and follow the orders. No problems with the taste but having 1 of our party go without dinner or rather finding a substitute just not good.

Rude service. But who cares because everyone is passing thru anyways. Talentless 90 percent dough pizza. Gives dry ridge a bad name. 0 stars.

I would leave zero stars if it was an option. I called and politely asked to speak with a manager Adam replied im busy and hung up on me. We live in a small town where places become familiar and family. This was our first time ordering needless to say it will be our last due to customer service and being double charged. Do better Adam
