Ordered our food between 3:00 and 4:00pm to be delivered at 6:30pm. 7:00pm and still no food. Called the manager and got a response of “it’s out for delivery”. Dint off any type of refund or even a free pizza on our next order. This is the second time in less than a month. Unfortunately no one else delivers to our address. We would definitely order from Dominoes if they delivered here.

This is one of my favorite Papa Johns. The manager Amanda is the sweetest and the food is so delicious. We had an issue with the bread sticks being a tad overdone so we called in and the manager on duty said "Of course, I got you". And when our order came the bread sticks were absolutely perfect. The pizza was as well but it always is. Don't hesitate to order from here, the staff actually care about putting out quality products. ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING SERVICE! ❤️

Ordered three pizza. 1 with no cheese for a person with severe allergies to all milk products. Of course it was delivered with cheese resulting in that person only eating crust. No excuses for this. Since it was door dashed we got a refund for the pizza but the issue remains just read and follow the orders. No problems with the taste but having 1 of our party go without dinner or rather finding a substitute just not good.

I would leave zero stars if it was an option. I called and politely asked to speak with a manager Adam replied im busy and hung up on me. We live in a small town where places become familiar and family. This was our first time ordering needless to say it will be our last due to customer service and being double charged. Do better Adam

Got a 50 dollar order from here, they forgot my drink, forgot the side items I ordered, and the pizza was wrong as well. Called the manager and she’s just like “o sorry our fault”. Will never buy from here again.
I ordered a large pizza, 8 BBQ wings and a 2 ltr Dr pepper . Received the food and hour after ordering but have not received my Dr. Pepper . I was told by two different people last night 9/9/23 that it will be brought out and today is Sunday 9/10/23 and still haven't received it. I was then told by the manager on duty this morning that her two employees lied saying that my husband and I were calling them names. Well one I am a manager of a store and I do know how to take care of my customers unlike this Papa John's . I will go up higher than the "general manager' . I have been a manager for 12 years and I do a long with my employees know how to fix an order and take care of the customers. Unlike this store that wants to send out food that is luke warm when it gets to your house and then blames you for them forgetting your 2 ltr. . Well this is not over and I will go all the way up.
