Greeted by staff when we walked in. Super friendly and helpful with ordering. Our first time here. Food was amazing. Better than expected. Top tier. Would definitely go back if ever in this area again. Pleasantly surprised!

I ordered 2 sandwiches to go. Well their staff put the wrong sticker on the sandwiches and mixed them up. Upon coming home I passed out the sandwiches based on what the sticker said. Well kids don't look at the sandwich they just start eating it. Well upon noticing it didn't taste right my kids started complaining and now I didn't have a sandwich for my picky kid. I called and asked them to remake it. Well to my surprise they made me pay for another sandwich (not to mention we eat here 2 to 3 times a week) and they were extremely rude. I won't be going to Penn station,I don't think anymore

Food was decent and people were super nice but it seemed to take a lot longer to prepare the food than any other Penn Station I have been at. They appear to need a manager that is competent.

To the staff at pennstation i say thank you, I come to your dry ridge location several times a week and the food is always delicious, the service is great and the atmosphere is very laid back and welcoming.

We stopped in about 7PM and got 2 Philly sandwiches. When we paid, our bill was $25.60. My husband gave the young kid at the register a twenty, a ten and 60 cents. The kid handed him back 40 cents!! He didn’t believe us that he gave him what we said so he called the manager over who had to use her phone calculator?! She finally just asked what change we were supposed to get and gave it to us. Told the kid she wasn’t good at math either and if the drawer was short, it was only $5. After that fiasco, we waited what seemed like forever for our food and only got one of the sandwiches. I was halfway done with my sandwich before the other came. They tasted fine but not sure I would put myself through that again.

I went in with 5 girls and we all had coupons. Mandy,the girl that rang me up was super kind. The food was delicious and it was a great experience. Hats off to Penn Station.
