Horrible customer service. We ordered a cinnabread and picked it up. It was burnt. Burnt to the point it crunched in your mouth. When we called the store they only wanted to give us a refund. We asked if they could remake it and deliver since it was their mistake. They were not interested in remaking it because “they were backed up”. And they hung up on us.
Horrible customer service. Horribly quality food. Food was cold and part of our order was missing. Called to let them know and to see if we could come back and get the missing items, that we prepaid for. When a portion of our order was remade, it was made incorrectly and in a significantly smaller size. In store staff was incredibly rude and sloppy with our order. We are not complainers by any means but this will be the last time we order from Snappy. Mistakes happen, no biggie....read full review
