I've been a customer for over 5 yrs. I order the same meal every time. I had one bad experience and the way I was treated and how it was resolved was embarrassing. You just lost a very loyal customer. Too many Restaurant options in your area to take your customers for granted. It's a shame. I really like this place.

This is an excellent Chinese restaurant! We ate there for the first time and enjoyed hot & sour soup, an egg roll, Hunan beef, and Kung Pao Chicken. The hot & sour soup was just right. Most places either have too much vinegar in it or not enough depth of flavor. This was perfect, with just a tiny bit of the sour, a tiny bit of heat, and good flavor. Our entrees were very delicious and full of flavor. The ladies waiting tables did a great job and were very attentive with drink refills and cleaning the dirty dishes out of the way. The only place we thought this place was lacking a bit was in atmosphere. It's just a basic strip mall-type restaurant; nothing flashy or pretty, but it was clean. It was also very cold inside, so bring a jacket if you go in the winter! We will definitely be back, as good Chinese food is hard to come by where we live in Campbell County.

I have been searching for a new Asian restaurant that delivers and is actually good for many years, I am so excited that I’ve finally found that in this restaurant. The food was so flavorful and not at all greasy and the delivery was very quick even on a Friday night. So excited to have this in the rotation of new favorite spots!

Placed an online delivery order and the crab rangoon was so over cooked and crunchy it was difficult to eat, rice was tasteless with almost no vegetables in it, and with 3 orders we got no soy sauce or anything. Very disappointed .. won't order from there again !

the food was decent, however the service ? not good . the lady kept obsessing over my son having his drink (with a lid) on his chair . mind you my leg was there to block it from falling and i was paying attention. my problem was when we were leaving , i had to split the payment on 2 separate cards . she didn’t know we were doing a cash tip . this lady slammed the pen down on the table and stormed off . as we were leaving my kids were saying bye and telling her thank you , she didn’t wave literally NO acknowledgment what so ever . i was going to let it go until she ignored my babies like that. incredibly rude behavior all because she THOUGHT she wasn’t getting a tip , i did come back in and calmly explain to her how rude that was hopefully she fixes her attitude in the future ,that was a bad first impression.
