Just spent $50.00 on a dinner for two people there. The one and only thing that my wife made sure to ask for is gravy. THEY DIDN'T PUT GRAVY IN THE BAG! I CALLED FROM 5:PM UNTIL 5:17PM AND KEPT GETTING PUT TO A BUSY SIGNAL. We should have known better. The last three times something has been messed up. You can't even call them to get what was ordered. We are eating cold chicken tonight. 0 stars if I could!!!

Stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes before anybody would come wait on me. Got the food tasted like it had been in the holder for hours. Usually this location is better but not today.

I ordered a chicken sandwich with extra mayo no pickles. They have me a dry lukewarm sandwich with pickles no mayo. So I had to go back. Asked them again for a chicken sandwich with extra mayo no pickles. They gave me a sandwich wrapped in waxed paper that was filled to the top with probably two whole cups of mayonnaise. I couldn't even pick it up to eat it because it was literally covered in mayo. They clearly do not care and worse, they get angry when you ask them to make your food properly and make it bad just to spite you.

I don’t exactly know what is going on at this store but my husband who hardly ever has anything to say definitely asked me to leave a review. How did the manager, even become a manager here? She has no people skills and couldn’t be bothered to get off of her personal phone to take our order or get things together. The one associate who was working the front that night was SPECTACULAR!! She should have been the manager in my opinion. The manager didn’t even know how to talk to her employees. Communication is definitely lacking at this place! Some of the food was cold, the ranch that my son was given to dip his tenders in was expired. When ordering we weren’t even given the options to pick what we wanted, the manager (I didn’t catch her name) could have cared less if we got what we actually wanted to eat. we were wasting her time by ordering and were an inconvenience to her.

I arrived at this location shortly after the employee marked the delivery complete for pickup however the order was never completed then after 15 20 mins I asked about the order they where unaware because they marked it complete and never made it when I told them this the gray haired heavy set lady in the back called me a obscenity. Told me then don't deliver it then I said I won't get paid and they said o well I needed to leave cause I'm rude because I won't let them freely infringe upon my valuable time I don't get paid to wait for orders. These employees then laughed about how if they made it it would be 25 to 45 mins if they did it and started telling each other how they wanted to have a drink and o man they really needed one. This location has had several bad experiences in the past and it seems to be in a very busy area it's somewhat confusing on how they do so poorly it should be thriving yet no one enjoys visits to this loaction

Prepare to wait a long while. Over 30 minutes. Prepare to not have anything ready, even if you do order ahead. Prepare for a very bad experience. If you value your time, and do not want to burden your day, choose somewhere else.
This all occurred at 10-11 am on a Sunday.
I arrived 10 minutes after my order was placed, did not get a response from the drive thru. Attempted to access the lobby and it was closed.
I pulled back around, waited for another 10 minutes, and then was answered and told it was not ready.
I waited another 10 minutes, attempted to access the lobby again, for pickup, as the associate asked me to park instead of wait for the window, and it was still closed.
Do not come here, It is not worth the trouble.

They refused to cook any thing after 9pm . Out of strips and nuggets when we came through and would not let us wait while they made more. Last time I came through here the lady used her hand to catch my ice while trying to pour out some of my drink. I should have known then to not give them another chance.

I came through this morning and have been trying to call ever since. I got 3 meals and the chicken wasn’t done in either of them! Here I am still trying to call editing that I been calling right now they answer saying it’s Popeyes when I know damn well it’s kfc come on get some useful workers in there

I would give a zero star review if I could. We placed an order at 10:30 for food, the website states that they are open until 11:30 and the door shows hour of operations until 11. When I arrived to pick up my order at 10:40 they stated they had been closed for 45 minutes and that they had no food and that I would need to contact the website to cancel my order. the staff was not helpful and very dismissive.
