I arrived at this location shortly after the employee marked
the delivery complete for pickup however the order was
never completed then after 15 20 mins I asked about the
order they where unaware because they marked it
complete and never made it when I told them this the gray
haired heavy set lady in the back called me a obscenity.
Told me then don't deliver it then I said I won't get paid and
they said o well I needed to leave cause I'm rude because I
won't let them freely infringe upon my valuable time I don't
get paid to wait for orders. These employees then laughed
about how if they made it it would be 25 to 45 mins if they
did it and started telling each other how they wanted to
have a drink and o man they really needed one. This
location has had several bad experiences in the past and it
seems to be in a very busy area it's somewhat confusing on how they do so poorly it should be thriving yet no one
enjoys visits to this loaction

I came through this morning and have been trying to call ever since. I got 3 meals and the chicken wasn’t done in either of them! Here I am still trying to call editing that I been calling right now they answer saying it’s Popeyes when I know damn well it’s kfc come on get some useful workers in there

I would give a zero star review if I could. We placed an order at 10:30 for food, the website states that they are open until 11:30 and the door shows hour of operations until 11. When I arrived to pick up my order at 10:40 they stated they had been closed for 45 minutes and that they had no food and that I would need to contact the website to cancel my order. the staff was not helpful and very dismissive.

I asked for two chicken sandwiches and they gave me chicken tenders with smooshed buns. They also made me wait for ten minutes when I knew they weren’t busy, they just were goofing around. The server was rude and hurried me, she went back to the back and I heard laughter from the employees.

This location should be shut down and cleaned from top to bottom and while they are doing that, train staff! I was there for 25 min today waiting on an order of 2x 3 tender meals and 1 5 tender meal. They told me it would be 6-10 min so I went inside to use the restroom to realize they were unusable. The manager was working her tail off with one other cook and three others were goofing off helping here and there. I became more disheartened by the minute with the filth. I mentioned the restroom was undesirable and the young lady brushed it off and ignored my statement. The tables where people would eat were dirty and the seats were layers of filth. The last two times that I have came to this location to get food. I found myself sitting in the parking lot waiting literally 20-30 minutes for my food. And one time I was literally forgotten about after sitting 30 minutes. Until we went in and then found out they forgot. Do not recommend this place. Unless you have lots of free time to spare. Hope this helps some people. 😡

They need to do something different with their chicken tenders. They are the wimpiest tenders I have ever seen. Everything else is great, the staff is friendly and the atmosphere always gives me nostalgia from my childhood. They have biscuits that don't require a gallon of water with them like Popeyes. Famous bowl is always top tier for the price. Chicken sandwich is always a favorite too.
