Food was good. Service was so so. I had to find someone to get a box. I had to ask for to go drinks and I never got another beer. I know she would have gotten a bigger tip if she would have just checked. Atmosphere was kinda slow inside and didn’t have many people. I did smell a slight smell of recreational smoking in the entrance. I honestly don’t care as long as it doesn’t affect my service.

I picked up an order at lunchtime and waited in the lobby for 10 to 15 min for someone to come out of the back and wait on me. But the food is very good

When I ate there one time I heard the manager being extremely disrespectful towards one of the hostess and towards the customers including me. Even after all of that the food came out cold and there was a hair in my food. This place is very unsanitary.

We ordered two pizzas for delivery last night two toppings and cheese bread sticks. The dough had absolutely no flavor,I think they forgot salt. I had only eaten Larosa twice and I remember it being very good but this time there was very little sauce and just no flavor..the dough was a bit under cooked. I hate to complain but it just wasn't good! The delivery driver was very sweet though!

Waitress was amazing, but trying to cover a party in the party room and 10 tables. Manager never came by, but wandered around the kitchen and carry out. Only one visible waitress, I feel for her. Food was good.

The last time we dined in at this location over 2 years ago the service was terrible, it took a long time for someone to even take our order. We tried dining in again tonight and same thing. We didn’t get silverwear , food came out 45 minutes later. It seems they are short staffed and they are trying their best but after 2 years you would think they would have done something about it. The online ordering line was out of control which caused the back up in the kitchen. We order to go alot and never have issues with the quality of food. We will just not be dining in anymore.

Food is always good. Service not so much. They are never really busy. Always seem to have a new server. Always have to ask for refills. Not very kind friends anymore. They used to give out goldfish. They no longer do. Those were helpful with keeping my kids sitting while waiting for the food
