I stopped by this location this morning I chose this one cuz it's close to my job and I'm very happy I chose this one even if it was by chance. I had to go in and order due to my work truck being to big for the drive thru, however as soon as I walked up to the counter Antonio came right up took my order was very respectful and nice he did an outstanding job my food was correct (I order custom sandwhich and it's made fresh) I couldn't have gotten better service anywhere else in fact Antonio's service was the best service that I've received at McDonald's in a while so I wanted to make sure I left this review so he's recognized for his great work ethic/skills keep up the great work Antonio and I'll be coming to this McDonald's from here on out!

Up date i qas sent a link to the owners response and the link dont load go figure just dont go there would be my suggestion so i will make the trip to Covington from now o. Went there just to get a 1 double cheeseburger and the made me park in spot 6 to save their drive thru time and then brought me a cheese burger and the pickles wast even on the sandwich they was falling off soon as I picked the burger up.
Rude staff and manager! Incorrect order, missing food, cold food, refuse to correct order and instead just tells you to contact corporate. The excuse given was “we are understaffed and busy”. Okay so take my money but don’t give me what I paid for? Not okay!

Well this grinds my gears a bit, got a biscuit and gravy and couldn't saw through the biscuit, now when it was cheap to buy, I understood, but now its almost 5 bucks, and cost what?? 75 cents to make?? I mean really??
