Absolutely horrible. They knowingly served me cold coffee ( supposed to be hott) and the begals were so stale that we couldn't even eat them. Called the manager, and she didnt even sound surprised! Like she knew it was coming. Come on, please do better. Pay the workers more or something so they give a crap idk

Service was fast, cashier was friendly however, what I ordered I didn't get. I ordered a bagel sausage, egg sandwich meal, I received a sausage on what tasted like pancakes. I was traveling and didn't realize it until I had gotten on the highway.
So I recommend checking your order before you leave the window and McDonald's needs to make sure the person packing bags checks make sure they have the right order.

Been going there for years and should have quit way before now! Went in the other morning and the was acting up so I ask an employee to help me and she said why didn't you just come to the counter!? I replied because it would have been 15 minutes before you guys would take my order. She then said well if you can't use the kiosk you should be at the counter! How rude!!!! This place is a joke. Theday before I asked for jelly and the young lady was very nice and accommodating, however, they girl who gave me my order snapped at her saying, I put the jelly in that bag! She had not. Just horrible . Save yourself the aggravation and time by either going to another restaurant or make your own as by the time they wait on you, fix the order they screwed up, and the make you late for work, you could have eaten at home!

95% of my visits here are at night. I don't know the manager's name she's a red-headed lady. I don't think I've ever been to this location that she hasn't been here. I dont think I have ever heard in her voice that she is having a bad day or stressed out, which is unusual, especially being a manager in a restaurant. She is always sweet and professional.. If more people were like her, this world would be a much better place for sure

Went through the drive thru this morning , no one picked up the speaker box to take my order! So after waiting for about 4-5 minutes, I pulled to the window & by that time the line behind me was long! The guy at the window this morning asked me if I already “placed my order” I said well no because no one answered the speaker. He then asked me to pull back around? So I asked for manager who never came! Won’t be back!! Wanting me to wait in a long line , after already waiting for 5 minutes & I have to get to work. Do better!

New complaint. I don't think there is a McDonald's in the cincinnati area that can put a simple meal together. Some people can't even count to 4. I got 2 1/2 chicken nuggets in a 4 piece. How are these places even staying open after always screwing up every order they touch. The 2nd part is from 7 years ago, this place hasn't changed.
Well I think its crazy that they have a sign up saying they guarantee 30 seconds or less from 7am-9am starting at the pick up window... I know 7:47pm is not in that time range but does that mean that I must sit (because no way out after placing order) there for 16 minutes for 2 kids meals... i think not won't be back...

Went through the drive-through 515 this morning large caramel iced coffee extra ice extra caramel drizzle whipped cream. This is the worst iced coffee I have ever had in my entire life no cream the lid didn’t even fit the cup and literally nothing but caramel in my cup.

For having a line almost wrapped to the gas station next door they were fast from speaker to getting my food.
Sucks. Sat outside for 30 mins for two Mcchickens and a fry, left with absolutely nothing because after 20 mins the food still was not even started on and multiple people had been given their food. DONT GO HERE IF PREGNANT AND STARVING.

Went through the drive thru and there are 2 lanes.... the lane I wasn't in was putting 2 sometimes 3 cars over my lane. Which it should be a rotation. I understand people can take long to order which can throw the rotation off but this wasn't the case. I got to the speaker and only ordered a large hi c and TWO cars orders were taken before mine. I literally had to yell hello in the speaker just so they would take my lanes order instead of taking another food order from the other lane. Idk if they have a bunch of incompetent kids working there who can't understand a basic rotation or the restaurant has no system set up to get cars through the drive thru fairly. It blew my mind watching car after car go through while it took me 15 min to place my order and I was 2 cars back from the speaker
