Slow service. Could not fulfill order correctly. Lastly bug or food in drink.

Went through the drive thru and there are 2 lanes.... the lane I wasn't in was putting 2 sometimes 3 cars over my lane. Which it should be a rotation. I understand people can take long to order which can throw the rotation off but this wasn't the case. I got to the speaker and only ordered a large hi c and TWO cars orders were taken before mine. I literally had to yell hello in the speaker just so they would take my lanes order instead of taking another food order from the other lane. Idk if they have a bunch of incompetent kids working there who can't understand a basic rotation or the restaurant has no system set up to get cars through the drive thru fairly. It blew my mind watching car after car go through while it took me 15 min to place my order and I was 2 cars back from the speaker

Ordered curbside. Placed order and waited 15 minutes. Manager came out and said the order didn't show up on their computers even though the app said they received it. I had to go at that point for an appointment. Came b as ck an hour later to get food. Fries were cold.

Good grief, this store is awful. Left waiting in the drive through parking spot for 16 minutes and never got my food. Had to go inside for a refund, manager never apologized. Food is always bad, store is always dirty inside and out, I'm good on McDonalds, generally

This location is exactly what we all expect from a fast food restaurant... Very clean inside and out, a friendly greeting, the scent of tasty food and a friendly and welcoming smile!
The service and the food were both top notch for the fast food industry. My order was taken quickly and prepared without delay. I recommend this location.

There are always exceptions when service suffers, but management that says i don't care to regular customers it crosses the line. It is a shane to see this great Groen family business slip into less than mediocre performance. Sad.

Door says the dining room opens at 5:00 a.m. I arrived at 7:00 a.m. and the doors are locked. Knocked on the window thinking maybe they forgot to unlock the door and the woman gave me a nasty look and mouthed that they're not open.
