The Tomatoes on my foot long were slimy and should have been thrown away a long time ago.
My wife and I each ordered different breads. They were so stale that bottom buns had to be removed. Totally inedible!
Jimmy John's and the new Kroger's deli will have no problem selling lots of sandwiches

This place needs shut down. I picked up my online order of 3 sandwiches, I had to tell the lady several times online pickup order and she looked at me like I was dumb. Eventually I got my food. Drove all the way home only to open all 3 sandwiches which were all made incorrectly. I went back to the store and explained to them they were made wrong and I wanted them made correctly. Showed the paper receipt, also the online order receipt. The woman and guy there stated if I wanted the food made correctly that I need to come and wait in line and order my food instead of online. They laughed and never remade the food nor refund. That's disgusting behavior and will NEVER go back to this location!

i ordered on line, asked if they would chop my veggies, set it for delivery, then when i get it it has every veggie that they have on it(which was not ordered), nothing is chopped, i call the store he does not understand anything that i am saying and hangs up on me

Have lived in the area for my entire life and have been to this subway several times and every time I have been disappointed. We went on a trip to Florida and on the way stopped at several subways on the way down and up and had a great experience in awesome food. I would not recommend this subway ever. I kept going back thinking maybe it would get better but each time it seems to get worse will never step foot in the subway again.

Ordered online, no option on extra cheese,and when i asked they said it'll be extra so I agreed, they still didn't put cheese on it and refused to add any. Wouldn't go here if you want your stuff done right

So rude! I paid $40 for 3 sandwiches and their pop machine was down. The guy behind the counter went off and was completely rude when I asked for bottles instead. Will not be back.

This has to be one of the worst Subways I have every been to. The late morning shift employees were so rude and just down right nasty to their customers. We only stopped here because it was on the way to visit family... Huge mistake. Do better with your hiring of employees. They are a disgrace at this location.

BEWARE! DONT DO SUBWAY DELIVERY! THEY WONT GIVE YOU INFORMATION TO CONTACT DOORDASH, BUT TELL YOU ITS NOT THEIR PROBLEM THAT DOORDASH HAS YOUR ORDER AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND IF IT NEVER ARRIVES OR GETS MESSED UP!!

Employees are RUDE!!! Don't order from this location! There's plenty of great Subway locations surrounding this one, go there instead! The workers here are rude and made me have a nervous breakdown just trying to ask them for my food which I never received. Rude. Rude. Rude.

Now they're emailing me back and telling me they won't do anything to refund my order which never arrived.

I Ordered delivery through the subway app, my order never arrived and on the tracker it said it was delivered to a completely different location. We cannot contact the delivery driver because we placed it through the subway app and not doordash so we contact the store and they refuse to give us any information, let us speak to their manager or give us a refund. They tell us to contact corportate and refuse to give us the number for that. Spent $25 and recieved nothing and cant get a refund, DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered online and it stated this location closes at 9:30. At 9:03 the restaurant calls me asking when I will be there because he is closing in ten minutes. I was trying to hurry so then at 9:13 he was calling me again. I felt very rushed and very irritated that I got there before the posted time and I was harassed. I’ll never go here again!!!! Thanks for nothing Subway!
