Food is always a mess. Dressing and meat sliding off the buns, cold fries. Pies are broken up.
Stopped and got an ice cream sundae. It was ice cream.mix, not frozen and hot fudge. Unacceptable. This mcdonalds has gone down hill quick. The employees need retrained on foxing items and taught xustomer service.
they usually miss up a little but nothing major
but today my husband was treated like a inconvenience, our mobile order was "missing"
the burgers were either wrong or so dry and dark it wasn't edible, missing all but 1 fry, no sauce, was absolutely nightmare, and it's sad because usually we have so little issues, but between the food either being wrong, missing or gross, the whole order was just a bad experience and then how they acted on top of it
