Now I dont know if this place has a lease agreement to stay open or not and I dont know the exact policy mcdonalds has for closing earlier than posted. But if there is a policy and a higher up reads this, they are closing 40 minutes earlier than what they are posting. It was 11:20 p.m. and there scheduled to close at 12. I have worked in the restaurant business for 8+ years working from fast food to fine dining. and I have never stopped making food for customers until our posted closing time's so whoever the manager is i hope you know you just lost 40 minutes of potential profits. And ill make an effort to update myself on your policies by asking if what this store is doing is appropriate.

Food was cold, got it pretty quickly though, although we did order from the app, but while we were eating, employees kept on screaming, and hollering and making a whole bunch of uncalled for noises.

First time in years coming here for breakfast and order a steak egg and cheese bagel, get a biscuit instead. Come back tonight with my grandma and got two medium snack wrap combos, and the snack wraps have nothing until you get to the very bottom and it's got a good amount of ranch cheese and lettuce, but no meat at the bottom and the fries are slightly oversalted.

There’s been multiple times when my order has been incorrect or short an item that I paid for. You’d think it would be common sense to give the customer what they ordered. I get that it’s “fast food” but it wouldn’t hurt to double check every order. Seems like they need to have better training.
