First time in years coming here for breakfast and order a steak egg and cheese bagel, get a biscuit instead. Come back tonight with my grandma and got two medium snack wrap combos, and the snack wraps have nothing until you get to the very bottom and it's got a good amount of ranch cheese and lettuce, but no meat at the bottom and the fries are slightly oversalted.

There’s been multiple times when my order has been incorrect or short an item that I paid for. You’d think it would be common sense to give the customer what they ordered. I get that it’s “fast food” but it wouldn’t hurt to double check every order. Seems like they need to have better training.
Worst McDonald's I've ever had to eaten at and after the third incident through the drive through where my big Mac Patty's were not even separated by the middle bun, I decided to go back and talk to the manager. She had absolutely no concern for my situation and just blamed it on high turnover ~ unacceptable.

Possibly the worst McDonald's ever. Consistently bad, tried giving it one more chance and I learned my lesson. I would rather drive to Glasgow then waste my money on getting the wrong order cold at Edmonton location.

Done with this place I live 30 min away and it's the closest to me order a double quarter pounder with cheese and bacon, and it was literally nothing but 2 patties, nothing else. Never have i gotten any good food out of this place I am a very forgiven person to people who work in fast food as I used to and guess what it's no that fuking hard disgrace
