Worst McDonald's I've ever had to eaten at and after the third incident through the drive through where my big Mac Patty's were not even separated by the middle bun, I decided to go back and talk to the manager. She had absolutely no concern for my situation and just blamed it on high turnover ~ unacceptable.

Done with this place I live 30 min away and it's the closest to me order a double quarter pounder with cheese and bacon, and it was literally nothing but 2 patties, nothing else. Never have i gotten any good food out of this place I am a very forgiven person to people who work in fast food as I used to and guess what it's no that fuking hard disgrace

they mess up your orders. I went to get a Mcgreddle and i got dame breatos my order was WRONG and they have RATS AND ROCHES if you want McDonald's go to the one in Glassgow Kentucky its better in all ways.

This has got to be the worst McDonald’s in the state of Kentucky. The food tastes terrible, the breads often hard and inedible. If the employees don’t feel like they have the time to make your order right they won’t. I ordered and iced caramel latte and they can’t even be bother to put caramel in it.hash brown was hard as a rock and the egg on my sandwich tasted and had the texture of a dishrag.
Food is rarely hot which is kind of a let down. Staff will barely engage with you unless it is to take an order but it isn't a bad place over all

Worse MCD for food wise. Bought a cheeseburger and the bread was hard, burger was not fresh. Had to ask for another, which they really did not want to replace, but did anyways and it was fresh and hot. Why don't workers fix the food like they would want it if they ordered it? I doubt you workers would want food that is not fresh and hot!!
