Wow such rude employees. Some on their phones, some made eye contact but would totally ignore the customers forming a line at the front. A simple "be right with you" would have gone a long way. This is a small town of about 1,200 ppl and it wat 1pm on a Saturday..... ya'll are not that busy you can't treat your customers with a little common decency. Such a shame that the young ppl working here have to ruin your experience. The manager was apologetic and friendly. She seemed frustrated with us all being ignored by her staff.

Stopped and got an ice cream sundae. It was ice cream.mix, not frozen and hot fudge. Unacceptable. This mcdonalds has gone down hill quick. The employees need retrained on foxing items and taught xustomer service.
