I really hate that i have to give this review but i dont want anyone to have to feel how i just felt. After leaving this location. I was feeling great just wanted a cookie and a brownie. Walk in happy. The guy with the bang hair style came out i spoke say hi to him and he just started at me not saying a word just looking at me so i ignored it then told him what i wanted. Paid and i said ok im not gona let him take my joy so i after paying for my items said thank you to him. He again just stared at me. It definitely didn't make me feel welcome at all. The other gentleman thats usually there is awesome. Which is why i hate having to do this hopefully this gets him the customer training and courtesy skills that he so desperately needs.

For Thanksgiving I ordered a bourbon pecan pie and a cookie platter with 2 dozen cookies....I got one dozen cookies some were broken and they tasted stale...I had asked the cashier to make sure we'd get 2 dozen...they assured me I would...I didn't...The pie was so disappointing it tasted like stale corn bread and was that consistency as well...it was like corn bread with chocolate chips...there wasn't a pecan in sight and there was no bourbon flavor at all...the crust around the edge was also broken...maybe they dropped my order?

First time trying this little delightful sweet shop! I was really impressed with how their staff is as sweet as their no-bake cookies! Logan, Bess, and Shelby were very helpful and polite when answering all of my first time questions. The owner remembered me from when I was working at Burger King, and he welcomed me with a smile. Very professional and artistic atmosphere. A must try to satisfy your sweet tooth! ?
