It was pretty good. The food was of quality, and the people working were nice enough, but let me tell you, this place had less customers than South Park View, KY, (Go look it up) before we got there! This was nice though, as we got our food in quick time. Speaking of the food, it was solid! Can't go wrong with a good ol' roast beef sandwich! Overall a solid restaurant, but didn't do anything to blow me out of the water.

The fish sandwich, like the picture, even don the shape of the patty. We asked for it fresh and it was cold. But we did go back and told them, and they did remake it. Still didn't task great, though!

I hope one day your employees will consider throwing away the old frys from the warmer before adding a basket of fresh frys to it. Every time I have ordered french frys in the past three months I have received a mixture of hot and luke warm frys. I just give up I won’t be goin back.
First off, the food and the speed of our service was on par. However, that's literally the only thing that was even remotely satisfactory. The cashier smelled like we was living and bathing in cigarette smoke, she literally reeked of it. Then on top of that this same cashier was reaching her hands I to the fry warmer grabbing fries out and eating them, she did this repeatedly. Aside from the the cashier being disgustingly unsanitary the cook staff were bickering back and forth yelling at one another placing blame on each other for an order that had been waiting for and I quote "over an hour". They were yelling at each other about how none of them knew how to make a burger and how the order that sat for over an hour was never made. They seriously were yelling and screaming at each other about how incompetent each of them are. On top of all that noise staff had the music up so loud in the lobby that customers had to practically raise their octave outside of comfort levels just to converse. This was an absolutely awful experience and 100% will NOT be back.

I normally live in Massachusetts came to Kentucky to visit my boyfriend who lives there he brought me to arby's for the first time ever I have to say the food was amazing especially the beef and cheddar sandwich that I got recommended to try the strawberry lemonade and strawberry milkshake were also amazingly delicious.

Got food poisoning at this location last Sunday, ordered the chicken sandwich meal, by Monday morning I was severely ill!! I suggest a change of employees or a lesson on cleanliness!! I ended up in the ER!!

After waiting for my order my potato cakes were cold and chicken nuggets tasted funny. It was not good.
For a fast food place not super fast but did appear to be under staffed and busy, especially for time of day. Food was good meat was fresh and so where the cheese sticks I got. Will eat here again.

The people working are friendly but it regularly takes a long time to get your food. Not a place to eat when in a hurry, especially being a "fast food restaurant". But food is always made fresh and is hot when you receive it.
