4 for 10$ is gone! :( and because of that, the food is most definitely not worth the price paid. Hardly any meat or cheddar sauce! & The curly fries where is lukewarm (and tasted stale) as soon as they were handed to me via drive through- will not be coming back! EVER.

Was eager to try the new philly sandwich. Dissapointing. Almost nothing on it. Reminded me of the last White Castle I had that was like the meat was sprayed on it was so thin. It had at least twice as many mushrooms as it did meat, and the flavor was artificial, like TV dinnerish. Oh well at least I tried it. It's a one and done for me.
Edit. They responded to my review almost right away asking for more information. And provided a link to respond. The link says page not found. It makes me think it's just something they do to make it look like they're responding.

a quick stop as we passed by on a road trip, were met with kindness and great service! We got the wrong style of fries and thry happily fixed pur order, also gave a kids toy to one of our kids who had ordered a regular meal. Quick service but fresh food! Stop by!

So angry, so I am going to back track. I didn't write my review last time because the disaster that was my order might have been a trainees accident. 3 out of 5 meals were wrong. Manager insisted ( Because we had popped on the interstate so no turn arounds) that he would give us 3 meals off just to let whomever know blah blah, he was nice, I wasn't and didn't ask he insisted on replacing the meals. So fast forward not but maybe a week later I go to collect the meals... It doesn't exist, and even though I verified the store with receipt in the previous convo and the one I was having ( important because they said I had the wrong store.) I was like ok well I had talked to ( idk the name now) they said he wasn't working there any longer he was filling in or something not gone gone and IDK how they recorded stuff but my info wasn't there... Okay...fun... No they didn't honor it... So we don't go back for a while, today I figured what the heck I am running behind they have one person in line this is my day... No they were all once again super nice service is always good. Had to wait on my food they brought out a bag Full to the brim with my order I could barely see that I had everything ( I did sorta) and so I start for home but had to hit the breaks because crazy drivers. And dispite me mom arming the bag it was so full food flew out. ( Not exactly Arbys fault but hold on) My kids 5 price and a box and half of fries gets dumped. ( Ran somewhere else got my kid something else and got home to a house full of people) while cleaning the mess planning on treating my doggos to some floor chicken I realized things happen for a reason, my kids food was so over fried it probably would have chipped tooth ( no chicken for the doggos) also other than the top part of the fries they were all bits ( I personally like those but my family doesn't) then 2 of my roast beefs were wrong and seriously half the bun had no meat and the other side had barely any on both sandwiches, I spread it out and it was about half the size of a piece of bologna. there was supposed to be cheese but Idk if me saying the classic beef and cheddar meal translated to classic so could have been my mistake but but I swear when she read it back it was all right. I just wish they could nail food like they do service. I didn't get to call and honestly what good, did it do last time. Maybe this will help this is a prime location right off the interstate there is a reason it's always dead. Idk if I will ever go back..my husband and kids say nope our meal was over 50 dollars, and was in no way filling. Not worth it. I do wonder how they can have such a awesome staff and so many issues with food?

I went through the drive thru. After waiting almost ten minutes and five other cars pulling behind me I drive up to windows and the employees are just standing and chatting. When they see me they act surprised and look up at monitors to see the line. I order and they ask me to pull up. I wait another 5 minutes for them to bring order. I drove 2 minutes to hotel. I got to room to eat and food is completely cold. Sandwich and fries.

Went thru the drive thru at 11:20 Saturday, they asked me to pull forward because they were cooking part of my order. 15 minutes later the truck behind me gets their food and leaves, still haven’t received my order. 5 minutes later that was behind me and left came back. Clearly they received the wrong order, I’m guessing my order. I say this because I started to pull around to go in mostly due to my suspicions, and out the back door comes the worker with my food. I took my food and before leaving felt the mozzarella sticks I was supposedly waiting for and they were cold. When I get home it is clear that my order was opened and wrapped back up quickly. No apologies for it taking so long, no explanation as to why it took so long, just $30 worth of cold food that clearly took a ride with some other customer before they gave me the exact same food. Completely unacceptable and incompetent customer service, management of the restaurant, and horrible product!

They would not give sauces, they kept my credit card in the drive tru, had to drive back to get it, told them that the food was over cooked and hard, and was told to bring thrnfiod back with the receipt so they could give us a new meal even though they remembered us in the drive thru. Brought the food back then we were told to leave because we voiced our displeasure with the food and service. Manger can out and took a picture of out car and out license plate for some unknown reason.
