Excellent customer service, they were very kind to my kiddos. Plus, is Baskin Robbins ice cream EVER bad???

Gotta love the classic ice cream taste! Especially from a franchise founded three months after World War II.

Not busy at all, so you would think they have plenty of time to clean, but it’s actually disgusting inside and the employees just standing, doing nothing. Flavors mixed because of cross-contamination. How did this place get a 97 on their health inspection.

I've got a thing for the Oreo Coldbrew they serve here! Great service too, the workers are great, they get you what you need and on your way!

Inquiring about the single dairy free ice cream due to allergies they said they could sanitize the scoop. Like that would undo the cross contamination that had already been done through countless uses of a dirty scoop to get it prior. If you have alpha gal or dairy allergy probably best to avoid this place.

5 star because. They have so many options and are barely out of ice cream. The Cookie Monster is my favorite.

Children should not be left alone to manage a business. NO OWNER/MANAGER on site??? Zero effort to make an ongoing mistake right. Doordash menu is never updated and they NEVER carry birthday ice cream…this is what people want on their special day!!! Cake and ICE CREAM!! $16 later and still didn’t get what I ordered with zero effort to make it right. Pitiful.

WOW can’t believe the out right lies I just read about Baskin Robbins. I have been going to these establishments over 8 years and I have never seen anything but maybe a finger smudge from the constant crowds. I know the owners take a lot of pride in their stores so for someone to make up something so slanderous is shameful.

Sunda was really good. The ice cream was good pineapple and strawberry topping was VERY good. the fudge was a little hard and nor actually warm . The customer service was really good the 2 young ladies working where very friendly. Tables was a little dirty but in their defense there was several people in there when we arrived. I would definitely recommend.

The atmosphere was not welcoming, no one acknowledged us or our grandsons. It was three workers who didn't even look at us. After 2 or 3 minutes of us waiting and our grandsons looking at what ice cream they wanted ,then someone finally takes our order. I get it cause I'm in a business as well where customer service is priority even on up until the time of close. But I feel like they just ignored us and where so concerned with cleaning or getting out . Then a white couple comes in and that's when we get somewhat acknowledged. I'm definitely not trying to pull a race card or anything but if I wanted to , this is kinda fitting.
