It was 9:18 PM when we walked in and saw that someone had mopped the floors so I asked is this still open and the boys said yes ma’am. Then a girl comes from the back and asked why are we in there and he said because we close at 9:30 and she says no we close at 9 and so while we are standing there about to order, they tell us we have to leave because they closed at nine and the girl said someone else was supposed to close the door and they didn’t. But yet there were people in drive-through. Very rude. Coming from someone who works at customer service you leave the doors unlocked and people being able to walk in you need to honor those customers for your mistakes. And this is why I don’t go to Baskin-Robbins and I just go to Dairy Queen.

I was first in line in the drive thru and asked to wait for 20 minutes. Now I’m at a 45 minute wait and counting (20 waiting to order at the drive thru). The team could not multitask, especially the drive thru person, so I came inside. Everyone looks like they hate their job and I’m in a long line again… no one has urgency, all of the tables are a mess and the floor desperately needs swept.
Will not come back.

Walked in into Baskin-Robbins waiting for a good 10mins and not one of the young workers knowledge or say I’ll be with you in a moment. I should go back and educate them on how to do customer service if the owner is going hire young people they need to teach them how to do customer service when people coming in Not ignore your customers because we’re the one who buying or picking up food or ice cream from the company.

We ordered several cakes in the past and did so again for a milestone celebration.
But this time the ice cream cake smelled and tasted freezer-burnt. We tried but it was inedible.
First time this ever happened.
First time I had no cake for my guests.
Next day we called the store to inform them of this, the manager refused to believe there was a problem with the cake and wanted pictures ( how do you capture bad smell on camera?).
At my insistence that there was something "off" with the cake, we were told to return the cake if we wanted a refund ( we did return it, because we weren't going to eat it, but really? There are Food Safety Regulations in place for a reason!).
We got a refund, but no apology for the bad cake or the inconvenience, or that we had no cake for our celebration.
We won't be back!

Ordered 2 milkshakes. One was butter pecan the other was pistachio l. We were about 8 to 10 minutes later than the time to pickup. These were the most nasty milkshakes I've ever tasted in my life. They tasted like watered down milkshakes. Asked for money back and they said we have to go through the app. Needless to say I will not order milkshakes from there anymore.

I come here regularly to pickup orders for Doordash. They are often out of a flavor or a particular item and don’t start any of the order until after I arrive, contact the customer, and get the substitution.

It’s frustrating to have to wait for them to make an entire order after arrival instead of just one item of said order.

During this visit I got the information from the customer and have now waited an additional 5 minutes for them to start making the order.

Jen was able to help me get a last minute cake for my fiancés birthday! She gave me some different flavors/sizes and was able to do wiring on it all last minute. She communicated & even followed up after to make sure it was good. I really appreciate her and her time/commitment. Definitely would go back. If you do talk to Jen !

Limited selection. Staff very much uninterested in their job. When we came in they were seated at tables with friends chatting loudly. We waited five minutes and neither of them so much as greeted us let alone got up to assist. We left and went elsewhere.
