Buffalo Wild Wings

I ordered a Philly cheese steak with wedges. Girlfriend ordered wings, her wings were great my Philly was horribly. I refused to eat it and pay for it. Clearly I was the cooks first ever Philly.

The wings are tiny now. Their prices went up and the wings got smaller! The wings dont even come with complimentary ranch anymore, you got to buy that separately.

Probably wont ever come back here. It's simply not worth the money.

Gross chicken its hard and they didn't even give the sauce. The potato wedges and tots tasted old. Definitely not worth over $40 Do not recommend

I ordered 20 wings for take-out and drove over 14 miles from Fort Knox to Elizabethtown to pick them up. I ordered four different flavors, including Mango Habanero. When I arrived home and was ready to eat, I realized that the Mango Habanero flavor had not been added to the wings, and I ended up eating them without any sauce.

In addition to this issue, when I arrived at the store to pick up my order, the young lady at the counter was in a conversation with another employee. I did not receive a greeting or any acknowledgment. She did not ask how she could help me—I had to speak first and let her know that I was there for a pickup order.

I thought food was amazing though my daughter thought her fries were peppery. Service was great. Waitress was amazing except she appeared to be the only one serving at the time and was extremely busy which was very difficult for her. Restaurant was extremely clean, bathrooms were excellent. Upon entering, entire place smelled wonderful and welcoming!!

This place is crap our food came with no sauce at all strips also had no sauce. Save your money RaceTrac has better food and will also talk to you they do not answer the phone probably because if they do they have too many issues to help. So glad I got my dance too bad I have plain strips

The buffalo chicken wrap out ordered didn't even taste like there was buffalo sauce on it. The Onion rings are.
Good but the fries are horrible. 18% tip when I can't even get a refill unless I go get it myself.You gotta be kidding me.

I usually like Buffalo Wild Wings and consider myself a repeat customer. However, our most recent experience was a complete disappointment and may have convinced us to never return. Our wings from our last visit were tiny, overcooked and dry. Not the quality we’ve been accustomed to from multiple Buffalo Wild Wings locations. If this is their new standard, I’ll stay away. If this is your first time coming to this location, proceed with caution.

I’m a truck driver I ordered some food this how they send me the food..they just send like this what if the the uber driver want to spit or whatever they wanna do with it…I keep calling you guys yall not answering….stay away from this place
