It's a place I like to go the food is rich .but almost always the floor is very dirty is the only thing I complain about should be more aware of that

Let me start by saying we eat buffalo wings and rings all over the state as we travel for work. We visited the store in Elizabeth Town and it was horrible. We waited probably 20 minutes just for a server and including us there was maybe 5 other customers in the restaurant. I ordered a blackened chicken Ceasar salad and it came out with plain chicken on it and when I told the waitress that I ordered it blackened she proceeded to tell me that the grill was just cleaned and they wiped all the black off it so I couldn't get it that way, you may wanna educate on how blackened chicken is made/grilled. My husband's chicken wings tasted like they had poured the sauce full of vinegar. As I stated above we love wings and ring but we have tried this location twice and it has been horrible both times.

Buffalo Wild Wings has such a friendly and warm atmosphere. The food, I ordered the chicken nachos, was awesome. My server, Kaitlyn, was very attentive and super nice.

We arrived and were seated quickly but it all went downhill from there. It took at least 10 minutes for the server to take our order and then I was the first to get my food but had no silverware to eat with. It took another 10 to 15 minutes for my wifes to arrive. During this time the server walked by us MULTIPLE TIMES and did not stop to see if we needed anything! When she finally stopped we told her my food was cold now and we needed silverware. She did nkt even apologize! Utterly ridiculous!

Came in for dinner. Service was good. Food came out cold. We complained and the waitress took ours back. They put food in microwave and brought back out. Food was dry and just breading not much chicken. The waitress said that was unacceptable and had the order remade and the third time it was brought to the table by the manager it was much better. Fresh hot and meaty.

Buffalo Wild Wings in E-town is a great place to stop in & eat. The burgers ? there are super good as well as there other foods. Our waitress was very nice & polite & kept checking on us to make sure everything was alright & to see if we needed anything else...

Great place to go for food anywhere in the country. Tonight aside from the food the only bad experience was with our waiter. It was 4 of us waited cause of the rush no biggie. The way she served us well let's just say we'll I've been treated like this before in some ways, but not while I'm paying for the food and service. It felt like we were there bothering our server Krystal. So far this is one of the worse service I've had in my life at a Buffalo wild wings. I love the restaurant the food but dam this time it was pretty bad. She would smile at other tables let just say my pigment is not as light so kinda saw the connection right away. I asked for a Pepsi in the middle of my dinner and she just like tossed the straw on the table with a sour face. I mean if your going to work at a restaurant especially one as diverse as BWW I'm pretty sure they don't want their customers to be treated like myself and my group were today. I sae the restaurant was busy but I've been there at this time a few weeks ago and had quite the opposite experience. I wish I would have gotten her name she worked there I wanna say 2 Thursday ago in the evening on the left side of the restaurant. She was amazing but Krystal was totally 180 of what I experienced that day. I mean I will be back to eat at BWW, but definitely if I get her again I'll just get up and leave.

Had a terrible experience today with our server Krystal! She served our table of 4 and treated us with a bad attitude. I observed her smile with other tables then treat us like lesser humans. She would drop her smile while walking past us, plus not attend to us. She threw the straws on our table but would place them with other tables.Keep in mind, we were 3 Latinos and 1 African American. Only reason we’ll be back is for the food and for a server we had last time we were there. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name last time.
