Horrible experience and wont be going back. My daughter and I stopped to charge our Tesla. We went into BK for lunch. I used the kiosk to order. My order was called and I found my tray on the counter. It was missing the cup for my drink and the Zesty sauce. The store associate had her back turned toward me filling other orders. I asked for a cup and she said “Give me a minute” and then turned and handed me a cup. Didn’t say anything else. She was not happy. I felt like I was imposition.
Because I already waited for my order, I didn’t want to wait for her to fill several others’ orders when mine was incomplete.
The experience was so impersonal and unfriendly in every way. If guests use a Kiosk which saves time, couldn’t they bring you your food and ask if there’s anything else you need? Just spent $10 on soggy fries and bad service and feel like I was an imposition and an unappreciated guest.

Unfortunately there isn’t a name of the worker on the receipt but they were absolutely rude. She wouldn’t let my husband get a word in and was getting the order wrong at the window. Also if you don’t have chocolate sauce for the churros, don’t advertise that you do and then tell me you don’t carry it anymore and give us an attitude at the window. If that was the case, you should have said it at the speaker. Usually we love this location but this morning, our experience was horrible and she was extremely argumentative when corrected.

My bacon burger came with only one hamburger patty and no bacon; it had a patty and cheese. A bacon burguer with no bacon.

I bought a large fry and onion rings. Why are yall filling the large with the same amount as a small cup. But if i ask for a small i get 3 onion rings. Make it make since.
This store has went through a lot of staff changes, this store is close to my apartment so I have visited a number of times. I stopped once the service and food quality went way down hill. I gave it a shot tonight and I see nothing has changed. I ordered a Big bacon classic and cheesy tots. The cook in back made the burger and put it in the microwave. This is around 7:30pm. Hell the grill was not even on, looking closer everything was put up and they were working out of the clear containers, zero stations made up. everything was clean and ready to close it down for the night. Dang you don't close until 10pm you would think that normal operating procedure would take place without shutting down the joint early. I looked at the manager on duty and told her that the cook just put my burger in the microwave. ....smh she just looked at me. Chalk that up as a loss , I guess serving fresh food is not on this locations to-do list. I will not be back

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I was in the drive thru over 15 minutes and watched 3 people who arrived after I did get waited on. I’m used to the wait there but to be totally ignored? I know the speaker was working because the guy in front of me got waited on. I’ve never had a problem there before but I won’t be back anytime soon. Burger King, having it your way, lost you a customer.

Was so excited to have the new street corn whopper only to be completely disappointed. Burger was cold and dry. Had barely any sauce or street corn at all. I love Burger King but every time I try anything at this location, it is simply TRASH. Why hype up the new whoppers if the workers won’t take the time to get the new items correct?? Go to the Burger King on Leitchfield road instead. They never disappoint. My brother got the fried pickle whopper and my mother got the maple bbq bacon whopper. Neither were made correctly. Smh. What a waste of $30. They should be ashamed.
Supposed to open at 6am… it’s 7:15am… and closed!

They didn’t give us a receipt, so I couldn’t do the survey, but I wanted to give my thoughts nonetheless: The car in front of us neglected to pay at the window, but the staff didn’t realize until after they’d already driven off with our food. We had to pull up while they remade our order and wait an extra ten or so minutes. I also disliked how one of the cashiers handled what they thought was our food, which was handing us a single bag and telling us “It’s all in there, even the fries” (ironic, given it wasn’t our order). The food was fine, but if I had realized that was going to happen, I would have just gone across the street to Wendy’s.

Not only did the store get my order wrong, Cody hung up on me when I called the restaurant about my delivery order. I ordered my whopper with no lettuce, it was also missing tomato and ice cold. I ordered and paid for an extra zesty sauce for my onion rings, no sauce at all, onion rings ice cold. The churro fries come with chocolate sauce, right? Not mine. And they were cold along with my son's fries and whopper. Cody didn't want to hear what they did wrong. But, I at least deserve my money back. And they see my face quite often enough that delivery isn't that hard.
