The food and atmosphere were good overall. As for the service usually it's okay but don't go there when it's an hour from closing because for some reason some of the employees to include, what appears to be the closing manager, acts as if that you are on their time so they insist you leave as soon as possible. Just the other night, I took my daughter there for a quick dinner. I already know they close at 9, so we were there by 8. Started to make our order and mistakenly the order prior had an issue where the cook said what they ordered only comes with 1 side not 2 so told the order taker that they need to charge them extra, on an order that was already completed. I get it that is wrong on how it was charged but the order was already paid for so at that point you just count it as a lost on the sales side and later train that new employee on menu. At best, you're a manager, so manage that business transaction with other current and potential future customers in mind. Went on our business of ordering our food and decided to eat in, did so and was about ready to leave, but I had to use the bathroom while my teen daughter sits waiting for me. While in there for maybe 2 minutes and I get a text from my daughter saying that one of the workers told her that they are closing and "you need to leave as soon as possible" and my daughter politely said she was waiting on me. I get out, and we leave, and when we get to the car, she then tells me more about the attitude they had when they said they were closing. I've worked fast food and had many times had customers there eating when we are close to closing just the lobby. All we ever did was let the customers know that we were "locking the doors and to let us know when they were ready to leave so that we can lock the door behind them". Never telling them the urgency of their departure. We also had no problem cleaning around where they are not just to continue with cleaning so that when they do leave is just a small area and little time. I can see where they are not being trained well by their closing manager as he seems the disgruntled type. A good manager does not allow the stress of the job to be expressed outwardly, just like I was taught working anywhere that directly deals with customers, and I was just a regular employee that experienced the stresses that are involved. I hope that some of them regain their better attitude that seems to have left when the pandemic came.

This restaurant is terrible they don’t listen at all, I asked for extra crispy fish and fries no salt, but apparently I was asking to much the fish was soggy and cold and just disgusting the fries they gave tasted like they was sitting there all day and had salt on them and they were stale, definitely my last time going to the restaurant!!

This wasn’t a very good dining experience. The restaurant wasn’t very clean. The restroom wasn’t clean and urinal was broken and smelt very bad. Soap dispenser was broken and could not be used. I was thinking about the staff washing their hands before returning to their workstations and not able to use soap. I took the wrist that they had soap in the back in the kitchen and placed an order for me and my family and discovered the fish was undercooked. Very veiny and had a weird smell. I told the Manager on duty that I was very unpleased with today’s meal. She was nice enough to offer to cook more fish, but I told her no I did not want any more fish. There was no refund given for our orders/ 3 meals. Asking for to go take out boxes. I explain to the manager that I would not return, and this food would be given to our cats. Cat food! Very nasty. I feel that this establishment here will soon go out of business would not recommend.

Terrible customer service. Really dirty. Got my husband order wrong and fries were extremely salty. Also my husband used the restroom and was completely disgusted at how horrible it was and not usually one to complain?

I ordered Salmon dinner. It was cooked throughout, rice was tender, broccoli was delicious ?. I would definitely go back there. I'm from Lagrange, Ky.

I haven't eaten at kathy deeds in a while but when I pulled up I wasn't too familiar with the menu, so I asked if there were any items that were cornmeal breaded, that was a conversation that went with long pauses and no definitive answer at the end. So I got out of the drive through and decided to come in and make my water after having googled several items to determine which ones were cornmeal breaded I ordered. While waiting for my order, there was a young man up front who was watching trays and also serving the food. He then gather the trash tied it up and dean, took it out the back and came right back to the line to serve food. No, he did not wash his hands so I asked him politely if he could go and wash his hands. So I guess since no one is making them wash their hands, they are not gonna wash their hands.You get what you inspect and not what you expect.
