The food is always delicious here -haven't had a single meal that was bad and I've eaten at this location multiple times over a span of 30 years. Our server was extremely informative and made our visit fun (impeccable sense of humor)! If you're passing through or visiting this is always a place you can stop at!

Worst, it close to it meal I ever had. 6 of us met at 2:30 for our Christmas. 5 of us got the Turkey patties. They were fair, potatoes- cold and hard, pinto beans so cold had a skim. Biscuits were hard and cold. This is about 3 times this has happened lately. Love Cracker Barrell . And I almost NEVER complain. We were at Cave City, Ky. All three times. I know help is hard to find and retain. But ,you ask. So I replied. And we will eat there again. Breakfast is my favorite

Best country fried steak I've had at a cracker barrel in a long time, they usually have a lot of grisle or are tough. I really wanted the meat loaf and chicken tenders combo but they were out of meat loaf. I also had the seasonal broccoli cheese casserole it was dry and tasted like it had been reheated alot. Hashbrown casserole was good, salty, but good and very skimpish on it that afternoon (4:30P).I got some great deals on some cute ornaments and we had to get some chocolate covered orange jellies. 🍊. Oh my husband had the country fried chicken, glazed carrots, and hashbrown casserole and he loved it all. It was a cold day and the fire in that big fireplace was so magical, seasonally pleasing and felt good to these old bones.

Growing up I didn't care much for this place, but I'm 47 now and I love it. The country fried turkey is amazing! The ranch dressing tastes homemade, but not sure if it is.

Disappointed, We went and they removed my favorite dish the maple bacon grilled chicken off the menu.
