The service at this location wasn't the greatest. Once the food came we had to wait over 5min to get ketchup and tartar sauce (I actually ended up getting the ketchup myself because our food was getting cold).
... I do miss the old days of sourdough rolls...

Curb side to go was disappointing. I was missing a side, the order was 16 minutes late. When I asked the server if the food had been sitting a long time her answer was "I don't know, I wasn't up front" and then walked off.

Parking: Eat in, food was OK but don't trust the curb side service.

We were very disappointed with the whole experience. They only had one piece of trout which took the server a long time to tell us. So long, that the people that ordered at the same time received their food before he told us and they were done eating before we even got our food. When we finally received our food the chicken tenders were just cool as well as most of the rest of the food. Our server came back only once to our table so our glasses were never refilled. We were traveling and it took over an hour because of all the waiting. When I went to pay my bill the young man never acknowledged anything I was saying. Even though there was no one else in line he just wanted to rush me out the door.

Me and my mom were so excited to go to Cracker Barrel this morning. I haven’t ate there in over a year. And today I was so excited for the hashbrown casserole. I got the grandpas country breakfast. The steak was good and the sweet tea. But the hash browns were cold and could not be chewed and the eggs were cold and the biscuits were cold. Really was hangry this morning and had high expectations, But of course a new ceo had to change up quality of the food. I was told that many food options on menu have had changes in ingredients. Let me tell you folks, The menu and the store looks great and the service was great. But the food sucked and I left unhappy because of that. I’m hungry still and will not be back. I’m tired of these freakin greedy companies that are making changes in quality of food. The advertisements for Cracker Barrel and the menus and store presence makes you think you are getting a traditional country breakfast or lunch/dinner and actually it’s just a bunch of crap now.

Stopped in to eat Saturday in Elizabethtown, Ky after the archery tournament. Had a wonderful meal, great coffee and the service was great too!!

Deliciously crisp edges pancakes and chicken sausage were great. Super busy with fast service for a Sunday. My MaDukes, Valerie Garrett loves their pecan pancakes proud of my veteran!

Hostess was very friendly. Always smiling. Waitress was very attentive. Also, gave us a complimentary apple sauce for our 4 y.o. special needs grandson. Food is always good!

Waited over 45 minutes for food got served cold food and could never find our waitress. Bathroom was disgusting!! Feces all over the commode Fence and one working sink

Took my mom today for her birthday. They said 20 min wait. We were called after about 15 minutes to find out someone else took our table.....waited another 10 minutes when hostess said she would seat us. Never got a table, and have spent my last dollar at Cracker Barrel. So disgusted!

Consistent fare. Our server was harried but attentive. Always get breakfast items. Pancakes had nice crispy edges.
