Food was delicious and quick. Dining area was chilly, hence the 4 stars.
At outside so our dog could be with us. They brought our food out to us and even the kids ice cream.
It's a Culver's, so of course the burgers are good. Outside of how busy it was, the experience overall was good. Highly recommend over any other food options nearby.
The food was great! It was nice and fresh.
Good burger
The food is prepared fresh, and is served hot. It's not as fast as some other fast food places, but your food is always prepared fresh.
Butter burger, yes please!
Great Hamburger and sundae
Not usually a hamburger person, but today my son brought me a butter burger from Culver’s. It had lettuce, tomato, onion and cheese on it. The burger was delicious and well prepared. Cheddar was an option, the onions tasted like onions and the slice of tomato was perfect in size and had the best tomato flavor I have had in a long time from a large tomato. I always knew about their chocolate soft serve and other good ice cream options, but I have a new fave burger. Do yourself a favor and try it.
The Customer service was fantastic.

I rarely make reviews, however I felt this was more than necessary. My family and I decided to try our Culver’s for the first time today and ordered the burgers with 1 dressed, and a kids meal that was supposed to be a single patty drinks and 2 orders of cheese curds. When we placed the order, we ensured we told the individual taking the order heard our order because they kept asking questions while we were ordering. We pay, get our food and halfway down the road we realize our order appears incorrect. We only received 1 order of curds (the individual taking the order did not hear us although we read it back twice), the kids burger was a double although we asked/ordered a single and our burgers appeared to be missing the condiments. Again, this was our first time at Culver’s and we were not aware that they put the condiments underneath the burger— not on top. We went back to inform them and whomever the manager (woman) was working around (2-3PM) was hostile, bamboozled by our request to get our order corrected. She was angry with us because the employee who took the order did not get the 2 curds down, or the fact that we asked for a single burger on the kids meal instead of a double. She instructed us to pull forward, then after 2 minutes or so she came out, stating that the order was correct with the toppings underneath the burger but because the employee didn’t get the second curds down that we just wouldn’t get them period. All she had to do was add curds, we would’ve had no issue paying for them and we would’ve been on our way. Because of her demeanor and hostility we did not feel comfortable taking the food back from her and instead asked for a refund. She smiled, laughed and screamed for us to pull around to the front. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day, but I’ve never experienced anything like that before. She came back out and we let her know our kid already dug into his ice cream and milk because he was hungry. She tossed all the food, the drinks and sauces into the garbage out front— instead she could’ve given it to someone in need or a team member who may not have been able to afford a meal. Not only was she rude, but wasteful and disrespectful. We will never return to Culver’s because of this experience alone. I’ve worked in the food and customer service industry and I’m truly baffled by the managements behavior today. I’m a business owner myself and if I were the owner of this establishment and heard of this experience, I’d be devastated.

If this were my first experience at a Culver’s it would certainly be my last. Never had a bad experience at any location before this one. Very bad representation of your company. One burger had a long hair in it. One burger was not what we ordered. My child’s applesauce cup was already opened. When I attempted to simply get a refund, they sent some lady from the back who then decided to argue with me. She accepted no responsibility and offered no apology. After having to argue about why I could possibly want a refund, I was given a partial refund because “nothing was wrong with some of it” She was looking for a confrontation but aww poor thing only got a “have a nice day.” Also walked into urine all over the bathroom, looked like a solid couple of months since the last cleaning.

1. They messed up our order 2. I worked in restaurants as I was growing up and I was always told if someone brings back an order you trash it and make it right. They took my grill chicken that I ask for on a hamburger bun took it off that thick bun and put it on the bun I ask for but bye the time it got back to me it was cold. Also my husband ask for the same and they gave him a cheese sandwich on a bun.. They fixed his but his was just warm. Also we didn’t eat it all cause it was cold. We also noticed the chicken was thinner if I pay that price for a chicken sandwich I want it the way it was before. A juicy thick breast. We did love Culver’s cause it was the only place we could get a great chicken sandwich but not any more. Then we got some of the custard they messed it up to when we got into the car and seen it we trashed it like we did the food. This was at the restaurant at Elizabethtown Ky next to the I-65 interstate. Also the music was awful it was to loud and music that us older folks could not stand. This was on SUNDAY Dec 29 around 12;30 pm.
