The number of times I’ve showed up here for an order lately for their lobby to be closed and the drive thru backed up through the whole parking lot is unreal. I understand short staffing issues, but it’s ridiculous how frequently this has been happening lately. 7+ times in the last 3 days for Doordash orders. Please, please, PLEASE. Hire more staff.

Slow have the front lobby locked even for door dashers definitely slows everything down waiting in a long lunch line

One of the only local places that have twist cones. But they run out of chocolate ice cream quite ofton because of it.

It’s obvious that the management here is lacking. The lobby was closed to customers and we couldn’t even get our blizzards made correctly. Does no one care that this place is going downhill?

I was in line for 34 minutes. It was awful. My son's icecream was melted, like a cup of melted icecream, he wasn't happy. Mine was damn near melted and barely had any brownies. First experience at this one and I think last.

Ordered a blizzard through the drive through and while waiting at the window for my order the cashier was handling my spoon and touching all over the end of it and tapping it on the counter (after just handling the cash I gave her) then proceeded to stick the spoon into my blizzard. I gave it back and drove off... Very disgusting food handling. Why would anyone be touching all over someone's spoon bare handed before sticking it into their food?

We were lock in the lobby at 7pm. They were super busy. Being locked in is a fire hazard. People kept walking up but the doors were locked. Oh and our order was wrong.

I used the last lil bit of money to get something to eat before I got sick today. Got 2 hash browns that were so soggy they folded in half before picking them up. Biscuits on the sausage were hard as a rock. Spent the lil I had to now feel worse. I knew there was a reason I stopped eating here yrs ago. I only went because my husband pulled in.

I go the 3 piece chicken strip meal along with the kids chicken. All the food was cold. I did take my fries back they gave me fresh. I just dealt with the chicken.

Shame they don't have a negative sign the service was the worst I've ever had will never give back
