Chicken took a bit to get but wasnt horribly long, fries tasted like fish by the way. Service could be more friendly as well not that i had a problem with how yall do it, just saying there is an option to make me think wow these people are caring and nice, that option was not taken today.

Stopped today at 2:30 in the afternoon. Wanting a 4 piece chicken strip meal. Doors locked, no sign, only drivethrough open. Guess Warren Buffett is too cheap to pay people to work.

For a place that has bread for a chicken basket, cheese for cheese burgers, and a griddle, you’d think they could make me a grilled cheese?

Nope. Cashier asked and was told no. I guess there’s not a button for that.

This has to be the most disgusting Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. Flies were swarming the stations, the counters were filthy, nothing was clean, and the floor was sticky. I wouldn’t eat here if they paid me.

It wasn’t even busy, yet when I asked to speak with the manager about an issue that was clearly their fault, he didn’t show up for 7 minutes. When he finally emerged from the back, he rolled his eyes and said, “I’m only one person,” after the only kind and hardworking employee told him we were waiting.

Employees were shouting across the restaurant, it was a completely unprofessional and chaotic environment. I was disgusted and will NEVER give this DQ my business again. The Health Department should seriously pay them a visit!

Drive-thru was backed up yet waited in line when placing my order two of my items cheese curls and dilly bars they did not have after making it to the window and paying getting our drinks and ice cream and must tell to pull up so others can get out as we wait for the food order only one vehicle came out and the longest of time so I went in and did more waiting

This isn't first time this dq has been bad I gone here because it was close and few things wrong

-took forever for people get their order that was here before i was who some just get some ice cream

- stand in line for awhile until I got noticed and even then not fully noticed

-food would sit without anyone looking
-too many doing nothing,slow, and more

-my food was cold with fries cold,chicken barely warm and gravy was soup

Ordered a cookie dough blizzard and got a vanilla blizzard

Got 8 blizzards and they were all over stuffed and melted. I only live 5 minutes away. One was suppose to be cookie dough and it hard Carmel in. And thank god we have an epiPen because the person who got it is allergic to Carmel. So dissatisfied with this place. It is going down hill fast.

I order a meal and a medium size sundae. The cup for the sundae wasn’t even filled up. It just stopped at the top of the cup. And I asked for my burger to be only ketchup and mustard and it had pickles on it! Those are so nasty

By far, the WORST fast food experience I've had in a LONG time. Service was SUPER slow. All dipping sauces (that I paid extra for) were missing. And when they handed me my blizzard, the girl didn't turn it upside down - because it was so melted it would have fallen out of the cup! When I brought it to the manager's attention, she got sassy with me. And when I called the restaurant to leave a message for the general manager, the phone number ON THE RECEIPT is not a working number!

The lobby was so cold we were shivering trying to place our order. No one greeted us. No one had a smile. We had to call someone attention to us. The hashbrowns were disgusting. The oil so old to inside of the hashbrown was yellow. The gravy was watery, with no sausage in it.
