Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Ordered the biscuit and gravy combo and it was a disaster, gravy poured out in the sack and the hash brown was soaked on gravy. Tried to salvage what I could but not much could be done. Guess you get what you get going through the drive through. Won't be back to this location!

On 10/18/2025 my family and I came to redeem some free ice cream. Unfortunately instead of being treated with any sort of kindness or respect I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with manager Jared. I placed an order for 1 strawberry Sunday, 1 hot fudge Sunday, and 1 kids meal ice cream. The lady at register was great! She placed the order no problem. They notified us that the ice cream machine needed to be refilled so being 9 months pregnant (Due TOMORROW.) I went and sat down at my table. After seeing multiple other ice cream orders go out I sent my husband to go check on our order and Jared very snippy and rudely replied “we already had called your order out.” -It couldn’t have even been sitting there five minutes if that had been the case? Assuming my order was thrown away he refused to remake my order and issued a refund and not even returning the free Sunday & free kids meal ice cream that I was expecting to redeem. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and I’m very saddened to be treated like that.

Hello, wanted to brag on an employee they have here. The young guys name was “Titus” I’m pretty sure, but after giving me my last item, I drove away before he could even hand me my card back seeing how I just got drinks, well before I could even get out of the parking lot, Titus was about 5 feet from my car and was waiving me down saying I had forgot my card. This employee ran from inside the store outside in a moments notice because I was fast getting out of there and still managed to get me my card. Need more people like Titus in the world.

I went here for dinner last night because yesterday was my twin daughters Ava and Paige's First Day of 2nd Grade. and Their Food was Good. Even My Husband Harlow Was Loving their food there too. We also loved their ice cream sundaes. My Twin Daughters were in love of Dairy Queen. It was our first time in 12 years that we went to a Dairy Queen. 😊

Chicken took a bit to get but wasnt horribly long, fries tasted like fish by the way. Service could be more friendly as well not that i had a problem with how yall do it, just saying there is an option to make me think wow these people are caring and nice, that option was not taken today.

Stopped today at 2:30 in the afternoon. Wanting a 4 piece chicken strip meal. Doors locked, no sign, only drivethrough open. Guess Warren Buffett is too cheap to pay people to work.

For a place that has bread for a chicken basket, cheese for cheese burgers, and a griddle, you’d think they could make me a grilled cheese?

Nope. Cashier asked and was told no. I guess there’s not a button for that.

This has to be the most disgusting Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. Flies were swarming the stations, the counters were filthy, nothing was clean, and the floor was sticky. I wouldn’t eat here if they paid me.

It wasn’t even busy, yet when I asked to speak with the manager about an issue that was clearly their fault, he didn’t show up for 7 minutes. When he finally emerged from the back, he rolled his eyes and said, “I’m only one person,” after the only kind and hardworking employee told him we were waiting.

Employees were shouting across the restaurant, it was a completely unprofessional and chaotic environment. I was disgusted and will NEVER give this DQ my business again. The Health Department should seriously pay them a visit!

Drive-thru was backed up yet waited in line when placing my order two of my items cheese curls and dilly bars they did not have after making it to the window and paying getting our drinks and ice cream and must tell to pull up so others can get out as we wait for the food order only one vehicle came out and the longest of time so I went in and did more waiting
