They lock the doors about an hour early. I'm watching the filthy slobs horsing around. Very disappointing.I was really looking forward to getting an ice cream cake:(

Food service was good, hot, made to order and exactly what I ordered. Just a simple lunch between myself and my daughter. 2 $7 meal deals. We ate and walked out happy so it was all worth it. Reasonable price and not busy at all so it was great. Service was really fast.

So I ordered the biscuit and gravy and a side of crispy bacon as usual. This is usually my favorite place to eat breakfast. Once I got back home and opened the food every single biscuit was hard like they had them sitting out and then microwaved them quick. The bacon wasn’t crispy. I did call the facility and they stated the biscuits was soft. Not sure how My full biscuit and gravy was hard on the bottoms and all others was soft. They didn’t even offer me to come back and get more. If you go to this location you need to check food thoroughly.

First and last time having dairy Queen, the hamburger has that hard low quality fake meat burger feel to it and the milk shake looked so gross and it had chunks of idk what inside it. Service was fine just the food was

I'm severly torn on this review the service I recieved was incredible. Food as well. But as my son and I were seated in the lobby, a gentleman was complaining loudly about his pay not being correct, not getting enough hours, and how much the store was making during the holidays. My son and I were out having our weekly outting. My son who is 8 asked the gentleman was so angry and loud. I tried to explain to him the situation, which to me is unacceptable of having to explain to an 8 year old as to why some people work more than others. And why others are paid more than others. This was a funny place for my son and I, we might need to reconsider a new location for our outtings. (I believe the gentleman that was speaking was part of the cooking staff).The young lady at the counter was amazing. I would recommend her 10 out of 10 times.

Ordered a chicken salad. When I opened it the lettuce was all wilted and soft and slime city. There was also onions cut up and put in the salad. Started throwing up a hour after eating this. Don’t order their salads at this

So I come through drive through @ 5:08pm put a order in for the double bacon cheese burger and fries with medium drink. , pulled up to window, no greeting from the girl working the drive through window, just told me the cost, took my money and gave me my change, I said thank you to her, she just closed the window immediately after giving my order.The fries weren't fresh, and to top it off they were half way full. The double bacon cheese burger patties were so thin they looked like on patty, and the bacon looked like on half of a slice crumbled on the sandwich. For $10.57 it's not worth it or pleasing . I don't think I'll be coming back anytime soon. Work on customer service
