I have tried this location 2x. They do not have food to serve or decide not to.
The donut holes are stale to the point they disintegrate upon touch. They give you what you did not order.
When trying to ask them to replace with fresh donuts you can eat and to receive what you ordered, they state they do not have fresh donuts and do not have what they just took my order for. This place is disgusting.

Need an option for no stars.

I don’t know how this place stays in business. The only reason I go here is because I work at the hospital and it’s right across the street and there’s no other coffee shop on my way home. Every single time I wonder why I still come. All the fellow reviews I’ve read are spot on. Customer service is terrible. There’s never anyone in the drive-through line or any cars in the parking lot yet they still make you wait to place your order. I mobile order every time and not once has my drink been ready. I wait at least 10 minutes nearly every time and that’s with the order being placed 10 minutes prior to that! Usually, the drink is lukewarm at best. Who wants cold coffee unless it’s iced? At least half the time my order is wrong and they won’t fix it. I really want to know what they’re doing in there because making coffee seems like their last priority! 99% of the time it tastes shitty too. Get it together already!

Bought donuts today for my kids. My order was completely wrong. They did not get ONE SIGLE DONUT correct on a half dozen order. The funny part is that I was talking to the employee through the drive thru AS THEY FILLED MY ORDER. I didn’t realize that the order was completely wrong until I got home. So, I called to complain. They said just come back real quick and we will fix it… I live in Cecilia out towards Custer, there’s nothing “real quick” about that. It wasn’t worth the gas to drive 30 min back there and 30 min home again. Every time I have been to this location I feel like they just don’t listen…

For starters the wait times are always insane even when the line is small. NOTHING is ever fresh (sandwiches and donuts are always disgusting), items are always forgotten and no offers to replace anything or give a refund. I gave this location 3 chances and I will never be back.

Took them 20+ minutes in the drive through to get someone a single small bag and a drink. When we pulled up they didn't even know what we ordered so at that point we just left. It's like this everytime and the few times we've gotten food it has been burnt. And two times we've pulled up the manager has been yelling at the young girls there. The owner is a joke.

I went through the drive-through and got a drink, and the drink was the wrong color and tasted horribly. I brought my drink in to get it fixed because I get the same drink every day and when I ask for it to be fixed, the general manager gave me attitude and told me that it’s because it was with less ice although my drink was the wrong color and tasted terrible, then proceeded to remake me a drink And didn’t fill it up all the way due to me getting light ice. The Dunkin on Lincoln Parkway is 1000 times better than this place.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was in there the other day to get a coffee and it was not a welcoming environment. The one I took as the manager was screaming and cussing her crew out. I don't think I will return that is unacceptable.

Ordered a nitro cold brew. They handed me a normal ice coffee. I told them the order was incorrect and the person at the window said, I didn't make it, I don't know what you ordered. Another worker came around and proceeded to argue with me and the window attendant about who made the coffee and if it was or was not correct. I asked them to make me the correct coffee, I was handed another regular cold coffee just without ice, not a nitro.

Just kept walking by and not even saying anything. I was going to purchase a gift card and a few other things. I gave up and left.

Went through the drive through at 10am and it took about 10 mins with just 3 cars in front of me. The only request I made was no blueberry munchkins and they failed, they gave me blueberry but no chocolate. Also failed to give a receipt as well

I ordered through the mobile app, but accidentally forgot to change the time to pick up. I called the store because I wasn’t really sure what to do in terms of canceling the order or changing the time. The girl on the phone basically just told me that she had no idea how the app worked and that she couldn’t do anything to help me and didn’t even try to find a way to at all. I’ve ordered through the app to get a bit of times and I’ve never had any issues, But now I’m feeling like if you don’t know how to completely use the app and you make a mistake then that’s just on you and you lose your money. I’m gonna be out $17 because I can’t go get the drink and food right at this moment, and was offered no help at all. I can understand if the employees don’t know anything about the App, but the company should teach them the ways to use their app because that’s where a lot of people order their food from. The entire situation was a prime example of poor customer service.
