Julian at the North Dixie location across from the hospital is great! The drive thru was down and he offered to bring my coffee out to me since I already placed a mobile order! Nita is always friendly and has a smile on her face! :)
The coffee tasted rushed and wasn't made very well, however, the peppermint hot chocolate was great. The service was fast and friendly, but being too fast can lead to poor quality.
I am a frequent customer to Dunkin. I get a big smile on my face when I see either Tara or Matthew is working. They always make my drink PERFECT!!! . If my drink was made incorrectly they were quick to apologize and correct the mistake.
