I come to this location at least once a week and I order the exact same order. Today I went through, placed my normal order and when I picked it up it was totally wrong. The color, taste and everything was off. My husband pulled back around the drive thru and politely told the lady working that our coffee was wrong and asked to have it re-made. We pull around and she’s immediately getting an attitude, goes and presumably makes another and comes back with the exact same thing she tried to give me the first time, again it’s wrong. Again, I get this exact coffee weekly and I drive 40 minutes from Munfordville just to get this coffee! At this point I’m upset and I just want my coffee made right and she proceeds to tell me she knows it’s right, she’s the store manager! But it’s not right and I’m frustrated because it tastes bitter and disgusting and I just paid for that after driving all that way! Very disappointed with my coffee but most importantly that just anyone can become the store manager even when they have zero customer service skills. If you’re wanting coffee just probably go somewhere else 👎🏻

worst dunkin' donuts ive ever been to the coffee taste like milk water and they didnt put the froth on the top of my brown sugars ice coffee and there donuts r the most stale rock hard dounts i e ever had and there score is 87 AFTER REVIEW

Although you order the same drink every time, you get a different tasting drink every time and they aren’t similar. Could be super bitter and disgusting or perfect. You never know! Today I went and my drink was good but not what I ordered. Even if you add extra cream etc it’s never in your cup. It’s a struggle at this Dunkin.
