Got caught speeding home from Nashville to chicago couple months. Had to come to Elizabeth town for court. Stopped at e town bakery and am very highly impressed everything was fresh and still warm at 630 am lady at counter was very nice. Great tasting pastries.
I have been coming to this place since I was a kid. The owners are incredibly friendly, hard working people. They only take cash or check (minimum purchase of $6 to pay with check, if I remember correctly), but I will gladly take that over higher prices of donuts due to card fees any day. I have seen reviews complaining about lack of variety, but they probably went in close to closing time. If you go in early, you have a wide selection of donuts and other breakfast items such...
