My family and I was here today for a early dinner! I wanted to give a huge shout out to Julian for his amazing customer service! He has amazing customer service skills and was super helpful!He made the experience that much better. We love fazolis, but do not live near one. we stop by when we can, but definitely wanted to make sure he was recognized for his efforts. It was always a please and thank you and going out of his way to help. Thank you for being helpful, polite and very respectful! Keep up the great work Julian!
Had a seated section with a kids area. Building blocks, color pages and small table with small chairs. Helps parents enjoy their food a little longer

Came in for a last minute dinner with my son. Was greeted by the cashier and ended up having a great interaction with additional staff while ordering and waiting for our food. The manager was extremely hospitable and the staff all looked and sounded like they enjoyed not only working there but with one another. They were funny, and playing with one another while balancing hard work ethics. It felt like I was having dinner with a room full of friends at a gathering. The food was quickly prepared, hot and made correctly. We honestly got in and out rather fast even with all the extra interactions. My son left full and happy. As well as requesting to go back for dinner there more often. Thanks ETown Fazoli’s!
