Was great I didn't even know they had pizza I got the big ass sampler plate with all k ok nda of stuff I am just saying it was all delicious and red peppers on the table. I will be going back I look forward to it. Normally fazolis disappoints me this is the best location I've been to and they were absolutely slammed and still did a great job and didn't leave me waiting they work hard for the money here!

When Fazoli's first opened it the food was good, and service was good. Had not been ther for while, and boy has it gotten much worse. First they brought us someone else's order then whe they brought our food the food quality was poor. My wife had bakes spagetti with meat balls, it was tough and non chewable. she could not eat it. I have baked sampler platter, it was all mixed together in one bowl like a salad. The taste was all mingled together, all the pasta was tough and stringy and could not tell difference between any items. I do not care for Pepsi products so I selected tea, which was cloudly and old tasting like bottom of pot. WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OR GO AGAIN.

Went past 9 before our late night movie and was impressed. The lady there was so friendly and gave us lots of breadsticks. Like Fazoli's isn't fine dining but it came in clutch.

Annie went above and beyond for us, was very friendly to me and our kids!
My order was $64 for 3 people, food was cold, bread was stale. Called to talk to the manager and she argued with us saying she knows the food is fresh and hot because she made it herself. I'm a manager of food too.... HORRIBLE customer service. I was warned to not eat there but many others but thought I would try it anyway. I won't again. Not until they at least get a new manager or teach the manager that you don't argue with a customers dissatisfication.
Everything was good. My dish could have had more in it's portion.

I love fazolis. Always get the fettuccine Alfredo and extra bread sticks! No muss no fuss, just the same ole fazolis I know and love.
