Fazoli’s has long been a family favorite, but this location has been hit or miss since we moved here. After hearing it had improved, we returned and really enjoyed it—until the recent change to mobile ordering. Orders are now received only upon arrival, leading to 15–20 minute waits during rush hour and melted lemon ices by the time food is ready. Trevor was the bright spot—aware of the issue, empathetic, and kind enough to remake our lemon ices—but the app experience truly needs to be fixed.

The lady at the register (Teresa) was so sweet and took great care of us. However there was another employee (Makayla I’m assuming was her name) who was treating not only Teresa horribly but the customers. She was rolling her eyes at customers and giving them an attitude.

Great dining experience where the food came out hot, fresh, and well-prepared, with plenty of menu options to choose from. The pasta was flavorful, the portions were generous, and of course the unlimited garlic breadsticks were a perfect addition to the meal.
The restaurant was clean and comfortable, with a well-maintained dining area that made it easy to relax and enjoy my food. The staff were friendly, efficient, and kept everything running smoothly even during a busy time.

11/8/2025 update Overall still great place for this style of food. Fast Italian. Oddly the seat I was going to sit in had pepper flakes all in it and the table was sticky, but these girls never stopped looking busy. Brought my grandson and he ate well. Then wanted to go color( place for the little ones). I added some pics. For what it is these places are pretty good. Only thing I see is the prices, but the portions are nice. Make it a combo for $10 or $11, or go to Olive Garden for $15 for the same food and longer wait.
