Burgers are ok. This place is not the best by far. I think they over rate this place. The food is ok . I hate these soda machines I do not like the taste from them at all. The fries are just ok. They was not as good as normal. For some reason they was soft no firmness at all. The chocolate shake was good. I personally don't recommend this place. If I want a good burger I would prefer Wendy's, jaggers, rallys,I would even prefer a whopper or even a big mac. Just my opinion and my wifes. For some reason the five guys in etown is not as good as other ones I have eaten at. I thought because it was new but it has been here for a while Plenty of time to have gotten it right by now.

Five guys is expensive and compared to some places I've been definitely not worth it, but five guys biggest problem is that the bun is trash. Within seconds of eating it turns into a sloppy wet mess because the buns cannot even hold up long enough for someone like me to inhale it.

Iām extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Five Guys. For the price they charge, I expected far better. My order was wrong, and when I tried to address it, the customer service was noticeably lacking. On top of that, one of the drink machines wasnāt even working, which just added to the frustration.
The quality of the food absolutely does not match the high prices, and the overall experience made it clear this place isnāt worth the money. For what I paid and the service I received, I will not be returning and I definitely wonāt be recommending Five Guys to anyone I know.

The food was very good but not a single table had been wiped down. Had to wipe off our own table before sitting down.
At 9:00 PM the guy at the register with the mustache Dylan, was just being unreasonably rude for no reason and acted like every small request was an absolute chore, he also didnāt give me a receipt so I didnāt know my order number and acted frustrated when people were confused about their order.

So, was there maybe about six months ago and was pretty let down. Burgers were exceptionally messy and fries were cold and full of grease. Went back there yesterday and what a change! Food was hot and fresh(I forgot to get a picture of my sonās burger). The fries were perfect (my sonās rating). I am low carb so no bun or fries for meā¦. Five Guys is not cheapā¦ so I expect great food for the price. Was also great to see a 100% food score rating!
