So, was there maybe about six months ago and was pretty let down. Burgers were exceptionally messy and fries were cold and full of grease. Went back there yesterday and what a change! Food was hot and fresh(I forgot to get a picture of my son’s burger). The fries were perfect (my son’s rating). I am low carb so no bun or fries for me…. Five Guys is not cheap… so I expect great food for the price. Was also great to see a 100% food score rating!

Ive never had it before so I called and was recommended the Patty melt with cajun fries and a shake. This shit SMACKED my guy, Im guessing business was slow and they had extra because I had about 4 extra servings of the cajun fries just sitting in the bottom of the bag. Seasoned beauitfully. The patty melt smacked hard

Quick, Delicious, and Always Reliable!
My son and I stopped by Five Guys for a quick bite before the movies, and it hit the spot like always. I tried the patty melt this time with mushrooms and A1 — 🔥🔥🔥. Definitely my new go-to!
My son went with the classic cheeseburger, and we split a regular fry (more than enough for two). 100% satisfied. Fast, tasty, and consistently good — can’t go wrong here!

What you would expect for Five Guys-- solid.
Staff was friendly, the seating area was clean.
I alerted the staff to a gluten allergy and they knew exactly what to do to prevent cross contamination. A supervisor/manager was educating other staff as she went through the process. I would feel comfortable ordering here with gluten sensitivities.
Picked up take out here twice in a month, experience was the same each time.
Service was terrible, had to repeat my order 3 times. It was a simple order..1 hot dog with onions cheese jalapeños and mustard. Fries and a medium vanilla shake. The total came to over $18.00..for a hot dog. While I waited I grabbed some peanuts. They were stale and soft. I’ll never go back.

It’s a five guys, so if you like a good juicy double patty burger and a bag full of fries you won’t be disappointed. That said the food is the main draw not the service nor atmosphere though neither are lacking.

i’m sorry but i need to get this out there. i went in today excited to get a good burger, placed my order (one PLAIN hamburger and a large fry) and sat down to wait (i was order 3). im sitting here 6 ft away from the counter on my phone but waiting and listening.. 40 minutes. i finally go up and ask- they say someone took my food, but they never called my number, so they must’ve handed it to someone standing there who just claimed it was theirs. honestly i’m just disappointed- i was sitting there STARING for the later 20 minutes and clearly waiting and nobody said anything. maybe they need to start checking receipt numbers? i don’t know, but i do know that i won’t be returning to this location.
