I'm a fan. Think of the consistency of McDonald's... Consistently great!! Pizza buffet is always stocked even with different franchise owners. Everything seems to work out! Great place for kids. Try it for your first time. You won't be disappointed!

I order my food online waiting 10 minutes before I left to go pick it up took me 10 minutes to get there. Online it said it will be 20 minutes so I got there within the 20 minutes and waited around there another 20 more minutes because they messed up on my order. I didn't want no bacon on my pizza so the only thing they did is they made me a cheese pizza then they had to rebake it again and make another one with no bacon on it the meat lovers pie. I feel they should reimburse me for my time and my money because of all the crap that I had to go through just to get a pizza

I have always loved Mr. Gati's I take the kids all the time me my mom and my kids go at least twice a month. When we went there it was about 5pm service was great, but the pizza selection... Sausage & pepperoni was all that was there. And a couple slices of cheese bread. If there were more selections then it would of been 5 stars.

Pizza bar completely empty well over 15mins. To busy filling Togo orders to keep a check on bar. Used to love this place I won't be back.

Had gnats flying around us while we were eating, floors were filthy, "clean" plates were still covered with food from the previous user, pizzas were made sloppy with barely any toppings on them and they had more cold pizzas than hot.
