My unit does not work. the temp control does not control the temp, the only way to control the temp is with the tanks valve. I strongly recommend that you try to call the company before hand to get a taste of what they think of their customers. I have called everyday for more than a week and have never gotten a response.

EDIT: I believe they have some unknown problems with communication and are going to be looked into. I went from a 1 to a 3 star because the social media people did reach out on my behalf and I have been very well taken care of. Once I know I can receive support without weeks of trying, I'll gladly make it a 5 star as I love what I own thus far!! I think patience will be key while they figure out lost e mails and phone call issues. Looking forward to this, as I want to purchase a variety of their products.

Two attempts through the website....2 through phone calls and 20 minutes each call of waiting with no answer.....one left message on their answering machine....one message on Facebook.....I need replacement parts and no one is home. I can't see continuing with a company that offers no support for high use items.

Be very careful ordering from this company. Customer service is non existent, QC at the mfg level is non existent. Mine came missing the bearing for the stone turntable and then I have a loose gas fitting and flame under the controls which burned up my wiring. Could have caught other items on fire if I would not have caught it in time, and I haven't even used it for pizza yet. Very Bad product.

We did a shipment from Halo products to our warehouse in Canada and it was fantastic. Along with working at a bbq retailer in Canada, I am a freight broker and I noticed that Halo went above and beyond to ensure freight was accurate, weights are dimensions were spot on, photos were taken, and packaging was premier. I wish all shipper would treat their shipments this well.Kudos to the freight team @ halo!

Perfect pizza oven and griddle. The whole family loves pizza night!

Halo products group makes the Halo Versa pizza oven and after a very long period of research I settled on this oven. Since receiving and using this oven I’ve experienced nothing but success. The build quality and design are amazing and the practicality of their product is leaps above the most popular competitor. 10/10 will always recommend the Halo.

This oven is so much fun! We recently moved from an area that was rich with great pizza to an area where even Domino's looks good. Ugh! I thought that we would never get another good pie until....HALO VERSA 16 came into our lives! Now we look forward to pizza nights and my boyfriend is building an outdoor kitchen to showcase the oven. The shipping was a little long, but I can't say enough about the responsiveness of the customer service team. They even promised me a free cover for the extra wait time. I haven't received it yet, but I'm confident they will make good on their promise. Thanks Halo. You have a great product!

I love pizza! I have wanted to bake my own pizza for a long time and get the same results from a good pizzeria. With that in mind, I purchased an Ooni Pizza Oven last year. I was very disappointed with it and sent it back because the pizza always came out burnt.I was speaking with some friends recently about my disappointment with Ooni. They suggested I try a Halo Pizza Oven. As it turns out the Halo corporate office is located in Elizabethtown, KY.Many of problems I had with the Ooni were that the stone didn't turn (so that the stone was VERY hot in one spot and not so hot on the rest of the stone), it had only one burner (you had to turn the pizza constantly), it takes 20 minutes to come up to temperature and it's expensive!After investigating the Halo I found out that the Halo resolved these problems. The stone turns, it has a second burner on the bottom of the stone, it only takes 12 minutes to come to temperature AND, best of all, it's less expensive than the Ooni!Once the Halo is up to temp, it only takes 3-4 minutes to bake your pizza. That means you can have two complete pizzas out of the oven before the Ooni comes up to temperature!I ordered the Halo Versa 16” Outdoor Pizza Oven in March and it arrived last Friday. Istarted baking pizzas on Saturday and even though I’m going to have to work on getting my pizzas “looking better” but they taste just like they are from a good pizzeria--BEST EVER!Here are some pictures of pizzas I’ve made in the past five days!Enjoy!
