Been waiting 20 minutes still haven't gotten our food restraunt is full of smoke and the manager is rude to her crew can't believe they haven't walked out to be honest

Went through the drive thru this morning and there was a long line of cars waiting for food. I got up to the speaker to place my order and had to repeat my order at least 5 times because she kept repeating back the wrong order. Finally got it right the sixth time. Get up to the window and paid, hand me the drink and pull me up to wait. From the time I ordered until the time I pulled off it was about 10-15 minutes to get my food, and it was just a simple order for one person, breakfast sandwich combo. I pulled off and started to head home and started unwrapping my breakfast sandwich and it was wrong. I ordered the bacon and was given the sausage sandwich after repeating my order 5 times. And this isn’t the only time. My last several visits have ALL been the wrong order. I’m done. They need new management and trading for employees. Won’t ever go to this location ever again.

The lady that took my order this morning sounded like she hated her job and that she would rather be anywhere else but there the loaded omlete biscut i bought was hard as a rock and the omelete wasnt loaded with anything had a few meat scraps in there the hashbrowns were soggy and fried in old oil

They do not have coffee available and have not ahead all this week. They say they don't know when they will have it.

Place is the worst, attitudes and service are awful, be prepared to wait 30 minutes! We waited 30 minutes and never even heard a word, “we’re short staffed, and will be right with you” can go a long way.

Listed hours online and on the door show open at 5am. Placed an online order at 8:00am and when I arrived the door was locked, and nobody was answering the drive-through speaker. I called and they told me they were not open yet. Asked them how to get a refund and was told I have to go on the app and reach out to customer support. Also can’t find a number to contact so I have to go through email, which is fun.
