Ordered thickburger at lunch. combo was almost $15. Used drive thru. Upon unwrapping the burger later I found the burger was burnt on the edges. I don't have time at lunch to go back. So it was a waste of time and money. Both are too valuable to give this place a 2nd chance. This was at Towne Mall location in Etown.

My first time getting blatantly expired food from a restaurant. I now know old milk tastes worse than it smells. The milkshake was made with very old milk and it made me throw up and I’m really hoping I got it all out because I can’t afford to miss work from food poisoning. Thanks, Hardees. Fries were also cold and they always forget to give you a straw with your drink. The lettuce was browned as well, but I’ve seen that many times at fast food places and just pick it off. Wont be ordering from Hardee’s again

Me and my mom went in there for breakfast the other day and I got burnt hard biscuits went through the drive-thru was on my way to the meeting coffee no sugar no creamer like we asked The service was bad just everything all around bad and it's sad cuz I like Hardee's

I haven't had Hardee's in a long time due to radcliff store closing. I stopped in randomly before 12. I gave my order. They repeated my order exactly as i asked But didn't actually put it as special. I get pulled to side where I wait for close to 10 mins for a simple menu item. I make it home 20 min drive and it's wrong. I will never stop at this store agian. I paid 8 dollars for bs small frie and drink. Never agian

Again this morning, I took my son to get his sausage and cheese biscuit and 2 drinks. As every other time My family comes here and goes through the drive thru we was pulled and sat and waited for o we 15 minutes for 2 drinks and 1 sausage and cheese biscuit. At 10:21 am they should not be having to pull anyone with that small of an order. The workers just walk around in a daze like they have no care in the world and with no hurry to get the orders out to the customer. If you are that short handed then hire more people or something at least try and find a good solution. Especially when there is only 3 cars plus mine I. The parking lot.

She is always kind and respectful. She’s always busy getting something done. That girl needs a raise and employee of the month! We always hope she’s there when we come in.
