Went yesterday. Waited an hour for food that we never got because we ended up walking out. Had somewhere to be and simply couldn't wait any longer. Was told they had two checks in front of us, then told later there were four. Pitiful service. Can't comment on the food because we didn't get any but if a couple sips of sour orange juice tells me anything, we dodged a bullet. Will never go back.

We had about 20 people I’ll go to IHOP. We were in Kentucky for a surprise birthday party for my sister and before we all win our different directions we went out for breakfast. They were very pleasant and accommodated us and got us all together. The breakfast were delicious. I especially love blueberry waffle.
We had one of the greatest waitresses ever. She called herself Mars, (I guess it was easier than trying to say out her whole name). She had such an awesome personality and she was fantastic. So if you go there, ask for Mars, she’ll handle any party.

Would not recommend eating at this establishment let alone working here. How is it possible for a business to put now hiring out there only to be shot down in the first 2 minutes of an interview? Will not be coming back here for any reason

Sat our table of 8 on a Saturday morning with no hesitation. Our waitress was amazing. Attentive and on point, didn't even have to ask who's food was who's when she brought it to the table. Food was way better than I expected. If I lived in the area, I'd eat there all the time

it’s like no one knows what’s going on in there. the waitresses aren’t transparent with you if they are out of a topping that goes on your sandwich, then they look at you like your crazy whenever you expect said ingredient. thought i’d give them another shot, never again. it’s ihop, how hard can it possibly be?
I had the Big Steak Omelette for takeout on two separate lunch occasions and experienced some absurd level of quality discrepancy between the two.
First time was on June 16th, 2025, on which day I received probably one of the best omelettes from IHOP.
The 2nd time was today, the June 25th, 2025, and I am disappointed to share that today's omelette was basically uneatable.
1. It had disproportionate amount of hashbrowns and mushrooms, and clearly lacked cheese and steak.
2. (Probably the bigger offense) The hashbrowns felt like they were left on the grill for an hour before they were shoved into my omelette because they were so hard and unchewable it started hurting my teeth.
This is how you lose business. Inconsistency.
Even if one crew member does an amazing job, as soon as the customers experience what your slacker has to offer, they won't return.

Terrible. Waited 20 minutes to order. Food came 25 minutes later, warm not hot. Pancakes were still liquid inside. The fly that had been buzzing my head finally drowned itself in my water. Just a bad experience. The waitress was nice so I didn’t give her one star, but this was just a bad experience. Will not return.

Came in around 12 took about 5 mins to be greeted and another 5 mins to be seated. After being seated they took out order within 10 mins but took almost 30 mins to get our order out. They were both very busy. When our food came out it was ice cold. I asked for it to be recooked. After waiting another 20 mins the food never came out. We ended up leaving. I don't know that I will be back to this location. Servers was friendly but had no urgency.
