Truly enjoyed the atmosphere filled with different branches of our military 🪖 THANKS FOR YOUR SERVICES!!! We enjoyed my meals like usual 😋

The gentleman that took our names was awesome. He was very adamant with keeping us updated on the wait and seated us right away. He made sure to let us know to let him know if we needed anything. I also witnessed him try to help others as well. A quality I enjoy. He would be the reason i would have given a 5 star review. We waited less than 5 minutes before our server came to take our orders and she even apologized hoping we didn't have to wait long. We didn't have to wait long for our food either and it was great until my husband found a silver hair about 2 inches in length in his fruit cup. Definitely didn't belong to us because we have a different hair type. He brought it to her attention and she kind of wrote it off and offered to take it back but he didn't want another fruit cup but he respectfully declined. We didn't even need a replacement and told her it was fine just wanted her to know about it. My husband said to her I'm definitely bald so it couldnt be mine. However as she is processing our payment, she proceeds to tell us that oh I knew a couple who the husband purposely carries a piece of hair in his wallet to put in his meal if he didn't like it to try to get it for free and tried to laugh it off. Insinuating that we would do something like that makes me not really want to go back because of that unprofessionalism. We didn't even ask for compensation. She felt THAT comfortable telling customers some disgusting bs like that. The hair was in a small fruit cup not the main meal!! Still POd about it tbh. That alone was the reason I dropped it a star.

Worst restaurant in years,why is the sirloin tips sweet!..food on floor and seats...rude waiters...jelly and grease on coffee coraf which tells me it doesn't get cleaned just like the restaurant..

Not too bad for a Sunday morning. Fast to a table, food came out fast and was pretty good. Something was missing from the dishes, couldn't figure it out, but server was extremely awesome. Price wasnt more than expected.

I love this place. Great food. The best servers. Sometimes the wait is a little long getting food if they're short handed. Absolutely worth the wait.

The moment you walk in you can feel the tension in the atmosphere. Angry customers were storming out mentioning how they waited over an hr to eat and their food was cold. We waited by the hostess table for about 8 minutes, the restaurant was full of people on one side and half empty on the other. A staff member comes out, tells us they have only two servers, they'll be with us in a moment. I'm frustrated and ask what happened. They say that staff was cut. I ask why, they say they don't know. I've been coming here for years and this is a bustling spot. Please up the pay and put more people here or move this facility closer to Radcliff to get more business. Having this facility short staff does not help the area.

We went there yesterday Sunday 12/8 for what we thought would be a nice breakfast. First of all, the waitress was nice enough and she tried to overcome the shortcomings of the awful kitchen. After waiting 40 minutes, we decided to wait 10 more minutes before we walked out. When the waitress finally brought our order, she said she had to fight with the kitchen to get it out... REALLY ??? When I got my plate, the food looked awful and of low quality, and like someone had just carelessly thrown the food on the plate. The waitress apologized and asked us to talk to the manager, but we didn't because if the service is a reflection of the management, then why bother ? We definitely will NOT be back.

it took us 15 mins of sitting before we even had our server come ask for our drinks. it wasn’t to busy for us to have to wait that long. when we finally got our food half of it was cold. we waited 40 mins for our food. one of the cooks had to get us syrup napkins and straws.

The food was good and the service was decent but the restaurants cleanliness was lacking. As soon as you step through the door, you're hit with the smell of stale dirty Mop water, and the tables are sticky even after being cleaned. My wife likes IHOP, and I enjoy the food as well, but I don't think I'll be returning with my infant son. As the cleanliness was a real concern.
Kid-friendliness: Not a clean environment I would bring my son back too.

Went to eat at 6:45 this morning. Lights were on, open sign was on, front door was LOCKED. Decal on the door says they open at 6am. There was a worker outside smoking with no acknowledgement that we were there. We discussed where else we wanted to eat right in front of the worker and then left for Huddle House. Immediate service there.
Asked for a refill on my drink and never got one and one my things got dropped in floor so brought another out and it was cold
