The food itself was great, but unfortunately the service really took away from the experience. We were only given one napkin each, our drinks were never refilled, and overall it was very difficult to get help. When we asked for a to-go cup, it was brought out without any ice. After requesting ice, the cup was returned overflowing, which felt careless rather than helpful. The lack of attention and basic service details really stood out and made the visit disappointing, especially since the food had so much potential.

Had a great time Christmas Eve 2025, my family and I had a great time visiting with each other. The food and staff were wonderful. The food was terrific, thanks for another wonderful Christmas Eve ❤️
My family and I will never go here again after sat Dec the 20th we went in and we only got the 6 dollars meals and it came up to 19 dollars and 46 cent and we put a 5 dollar tip on the table in cash bc we don’t like putting it on our card and the server working as our server thanked us bc he don’t have to pay taxes on a cash tip and then decided to put a 5 dollars tip on our card anyways and that’s just bs.i get it u don’t make that much but common how do u steal from people like that if u need more money then take ur self and get a better job nobody deserves to be stolen from bc u think ur slick This will be the last time we will go there and I hope the extra money was worth losing our business so if he did it to us there no tell how many more he has done this to I’m not happy with this place and will not be back thank u for ruining it for myself and my family Other than that food was good

Went yesterday. Waited an hour for food that we never got because we ended up walking out. Had somewhere to be and simply couldn't wait any longer. Was told they had two checks in front of us, then told later there were four. Pitiful service. Can't comment on the food because we didn't get any but if a couple sips of sour orange juice tells me anything, we dodged a bullet. Will never go back.

We had about 20 people I’ll go to IHOP. We were in Kentucky for a surprise birthday party for my sister and before we all win our different directions we went out for breakfast. They were very pleasant and accommodated us and got us all together. The breakfast were delicious. I especially love blueberry waffle.
We had one of the greatest waitresses ever. She called herself Mars, (I guess it was easier than trying to say out her whole name). She had such an awesome personality and she was fantastic. So if you go there, ask for Mars, she’ll handle any party.

Would not recommend eating at this establishment let alone working here. How is it possible for a business to put now hiring out there only to be shot down in the first 2 minutes of an interview? Will not be coming back here for any reason

Sat our table of 8 on a Saturday morning with no hesitation. Our waitress was amazing. Attentive and on point, didn't even have to ask who's food was who's when she brought it to the table. Food was way better than I expected. If I lived in the area, I'd eat there all the time

They were understaffed. Food arrived luke warm and undercookef. Our server was very pleasant and took care of us. She was a kind caring petson, not just for her job but a genuine good person. She is the only reason I would consider returning
