Sandwich was nothing special compared to the other sandwich shops in town and the fountain coke dispenser is faulty. The employees were far from friendly actually bordering on antisocial. Too many other choices in town to go back here.

We have ordered several times and every time they get it wrong. Every order is completely wrong either wrong drink, wrong sandwich, wrong condiments it doesn’t matter. They can never get it right. When you call corporate they’re just as rude they don’t care just like their employees matter fact, I was talking to a manager and a manager hung up on me. I called back, Manager Well, you’re just gonna have to rebuy your whole meal over again. Very poor customer service would not recommend this to anybody stay far away

It doesn't matter what you order or like because apparently they're just gonna send out what they feel like sending. Then they'll tell you that you'll just need to reorder and pay again if you want something that you'll actually eat sent back out. I convinced everyone at work that it was just an off day the last time we ordered and that we should give you a 2nd chance. Well, that came back to bite me. One lady had things added to her sandwich that wasn't even on the online customization menu.

This jimmy Jones location has a general manager that is tip stealing from the drivers if their tip is over $20.she knowingly gives false information to new drivers by telling them they get an hourly wage,plus tips- and they get to keep all of their tips. BE AWARE ITS A LIE- IS THIS EVEN LEGAL?

Have the portion sizes changed? We ordered 3 sandwiches and I had to open the tuna sandwich just to see if there was tuna on it. The other 2 subs were the same way. The turkey was a giant and only had 5 pieces of turkey and the giant ham was the same way. Very
