The place stays dirty. they never have clean tables. there should always be someone out there wiping them off. its usely never fresh food. but the last 2 times we been, it was ok fresh. need better customer service, not better friendly workers

The KFC restaurant at 435 W. Dixie Hwy in Etown has transformed, offering amazing food, excellent service, and a clean environment. The aroma of fried chicken welcomes customers, and the friendly staff provides a pleasant dining experience. The four-piece box dinner is delivered on time with fast and polite service, creating a memorable visit. The manager and the day shift crew are exceptional, ensuring great food and friendly service, even when catering for large groups, showcasing their dedication and care. Customers can experience the love and great food at this KFC.
The reviews mention that the food is fresh, with plenty of gravy on the mashed potatoes. However, the app does not allow customers to switch out the sides for their four-piece meal. The staff is described as very friendly and accommodating, with one customer being greeted in a friendly manner and wished safe travels. The restaurant offers vegetarian options, including coleslaw, macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes, and a side of vegetables. While the place is clean and the staff is nice, some customers have expressed disappointment with the quality and price of the mashed potatoes and chicken, preferring other fast-food options like Popeyes.
