With me living right down the street and trying to avoid having to drive across town for Taco Bell or KFC…Your best bet is to do exactly that… drive across town to another Taco Bell or kfc. This resturant is absolutely lazy and half does everything. Whether it is the food being cold, the food being burnt or your order is just wrong. It never fails every time I come to this restaurant. And don’t get me started on the girl that is normally at the drive-through window half the time.

Food is good but it ALWAYS takes forever to get it! You might as well pull around to the front to wait as soon as you order because it's rare we actually get our food through the window.
Tiffany is the best. She made sure my food was hot and fresh like I asked. If I had any issues she addressed them for me.

Since I've been in Kentucky for the past two months for a job assignment, I heard very good things about the KFC in Kentucky, especially in E-town. However, my delivery order was just terrible; they did NOT have extra crispy flavor even though I ordered it about an hour earlier, the delivery was way later than expected, and the quality of chicken pieces were just terrible, just terrible. Some were either overcooked or must be from last night - I had to throw away 3-4 pieces for not being able to chew!!! Perhaps it was their off night and I was going to give it an another try, then I read their other reviews and decided "never again!!!"
