ordered a cake for my daughter on a Monday for a pick up on Tuesday late morning. The cake wasn't done and they called one of two managers over. Sure enough, he pulled out a cell phone and saw the order right there. He then apologized and said he would take care of it but I said, "you know, I can wait until Thursday." Headed back over there Thursday and absolutely no cake and still no one knew about the order, AGAIN! Now scrambling all over town to find someone who will actually make a cake for me. Do not waste your time and money trying to get one here! There is zero excuse for this to happen once, but twice!!! SMH

What' a terrible service at the customer service counter. Nearly careless of the customer been waiting. I always been come in nearly after 9:00 and the staff who works at the customer service feel like been for the closing clock. Been waiting 20 minutes come up unknown time to come for service. What's the priority of the customer at the Kroger never come back!!!

Guy rang most of our items wrong, had us wait there for over 20 minutes, just to tell us to go to the service desk! Got our items refunded but process took way too long, and overall not a great experience. 1/5 stars.

Last couple of times we ordered online I don't think our shopper could read or pick good products. Ordered strawberry yogurt and got starburst cherry yogurt. Oranges were hard as a rock and not edible. Strawberries molded overnight. Didn't get some items but were still charged for them. At least Walmart uses employees to do the shopping I think Kroger's lets random individuals do the shopping.

I don't live in E-town but this makes my third time at this krogers and I can tell you this looks very nice the people are great or I just got them on a good day lol. the bathrooms can use alittle bit of work other then that loved shopping for my food here.

It's pathetic that you can't order certain things from your sale paper online for delivery, meaning food items not alcohol. Absolutely pathetic Done with you Kroger! BTW, I am referring to a brisket, which it doesn't indicate in store purchase only! B.S.!!!
I usually like Kroger but this is worst store I've ever shopped. Selection limited. Manager was rude to me and my parents. This Kroger needs a revamp, and defiantly needs a new manager. We will never shop here again.

This is the worst Kroger I've ever been to! The cashier was rude , her belt was filthy and she did not clean it per Kroger covid requirements. She did not know how to pack groceries. Told her I had coupons and she never applied them. Told me to go to customer service!! She refused to pack some of the groceries because I was not nice to her. How could you be nice to someone that has no respect for adhering to rules?

I placed a cake order with them several days in advance and got a confirmation email. When I came to pick up the cake they said they never received my order. It wasn't a big deal because they offered to write on a new cake for me, but it's obvious their online ordering system is unreliable.
