Little Caesars Pizza

They said someone walked in and took my order while I waited. Becky and Chris were very kind to me, explained the situation. Becky said she would personally make my pizza again, she put extra toppings and gave me a free soda. Chris was kind enough to give me a coupon for a free pizza without expiration. Very kind people.

Please start using the pizza portal, it saves a line that was long & you don't have to deal with rude people waiting. The worker couldn't read a simple name on the box, someone else had to read it.

We walked in expecting to smell pizza but it still we smell crap and some weird smell and the person waiting on us acted screwed up, so I wasn’t gonna argue with him when they were trying to save me money which they weren’t so we’ll see what the food looks like

I know Little Caesars often gets a lot of flack, but for one location in the greater Hardin County area, they are doing pretty well. Everything is great there, yeah sometimes they get stuff wrong and they run behind, and sometimes their quality is not what people expect, but they get absolutely SLAMMED on the daily. Let's cut them a Lil slack.

I’ve never had a better experience at a Little Caesar’s. My food was perfect, they prepared everything just as I’d asked, and the cleanliness and quality of the store was outstanding. Specifically, Tracy and Amy. They took care of me without an issue and made sure that everything was perfect.

The employees were unprofessional and dirty. The food was trash. Do better little Caesar’s! We tried the new 4 N one pizza and it was a hot mess. Do not recommend.

I don't know what the world these people think, going from dealing and touching the money at the register to walking straight back to making pizzas without washing their hands is okay! The employees there are as unkempt as the restaurant. Absolutely flith.

Really disappointed in this store. Wife called a couple of pizzas a week ago and they didn't have the toppings (that we paid extra for) on them. She called and complained and they said they would replace them whenever we wanted with no problems. Called today 6/11/25 and the man that answered the phone really sounded like he was high as a kite and clearly didn't care one way or another but said our name wasn't on the list to get our order replaced. I've always liked Little Caesars but this store is really slacking in a lot of areas. I've noticed in the other past times I've been in there picking up orders that the staff really doesn't seem to care and their effort for anything is minimal. Mr Fink used to run a tight ship but for the past 6 months or so it has really been disappointing. Do better or hire people that actually care.

Where do I start ?! There was no puff on the crazy puffs. The breadsticks look like dog bones. Waited over 30 mins to be served this. There was barely any dough or toppings. I don’t mind waiting as long as the food is good & this is terrible.

I spent $5 for regular bread. There's hardly any parm on it at all. She asked me if I wanted a cheesy bread but it was $6 so I opted out for just breadsticks. Then she told me they were $5 and I was really disappointed because I could have had cheese for a dollar more. It's really disappointing to pay so much money for breadsticks now. I won't be back. I can spend $5 in the store and make me some breadsticks that are better than this. Don't waste y'all's time they're a joke. And I'm talking about the one that's down by Ring Road in Elizabethtown Kentucky. I would include a photo if it allowed it on here. Maybe they don't want y'all to know what it looks like LOL

Food isnt what it used to be...the Italian cheese bread was the worst..cold and basically just bread and dried out...not sure if I will go back...spent too much money to take another chance...nice people and clean store. But food wasn't good
