Where do I start ?! There was no puff on the crazy puffs. The breadsticks look like dog bones. Waited over 30 mins to be served this. There was barely any dough or toppings. I don’t mind waiting as long as the food is good & this is terrible.

I spent $5 for regular bread. There's hardly any parm on it at all. She asked me if I wanted a cheesy bread but it was $6 so I opted out for just breadsticks. Then she told me they were $5 and I was really disappointed because I could have had cheese for a dollar more. It's really disappointing to pay so much money for breadsticks now. I won't be back. I can spend $5 in the store and make me some breadsticks that are better than this. Don't waste y'all's time they're a joke. And I'm talking about the one that's down by Ring Road in Elizabethtown Kentucky. I would include a photo if it allowed it on here. Maybe they don't want y'all to know what it looks like LOL

Food isnt what it used to be...the Italian cheese bread was the worst..cold and basically just bread and dried out...not sure if I will go back...spent too much money to take another chance...nice people and clean store. But food wasn't good

I give them a hour to finish 4 pizzas pepperoni and when I got there they still took almost 30 minutes more and then there are orders ready and nobody is in the front that what I called bad management

Possibly the most frustrating LC location I’ve ever been to. Any time I’m here, it’s an obnoxiously long wait. I’m not sure Hot-N-Ready is fitting for this place.

I’ve now been here waiting for 19 minutes for an order that was placed well in advance. UPDATE I have now been waiting on my order for 38 minutes.

I do want to shoutout the young lady working the counter. She is handling it with grace and has been very kind to each customer.

Doesn't honor coupons they mail out. The coupon said it expires in 90 days. When I tried to order online it said expired. When I went in: they said to go online. We'll, here I am. Like corporate will honor the coupon either?

First time customer. Order was 45 minutes late from online estimate. Everyone who walked in was quoted a 2 hour wait for a carry out order.
