Nothing recent, just overall its gone down hill since covid. A lot of places have, theres no hussle anymore.

Not sure what this is in my pizza???? Gross no matter what. Last time i will be eating there. Tired of always waiting too on a hot and ready during lunch time when you would think they would enough ready

I have never gotten a bad pizza from Little Caesars. Then you got to love the garlic butter. But try dipping a pepperoni pizza into some yum yum sauce! Your taste buds will thank you!

The girl working there was very sweet and friendly but the pizza was rock hard and old

It was really busy, and the wait was a lengthy. However, it was definitely worth the wait!!

There was a brown hair in my pizza, a straight brown hair strand under the toppings. I pulled it out from my pizza, and it gets worse because I found a black hair too. This store must have the workers with no hairnets at all. I won't be back for anymore hairy pizza.

Ordered a veggie pizza. They got my order wrong and added pepperoni. Requested a replacement pizza and the replacement pizza had tiny pieces of cut up meat hidden in it. They need serious training.

This last visit confirmed I will not order from this store anymore!! They've been rude, watched several people walk in and continued to stand in the back talking in plain sight in the past but today they updated the app notification that my order was ready. And that it was loaded into the portal! I was running late so how come when I arrive 5mins later I still had to wait another 5-10mins until they boxed an cut it??
I normally wouldn't complain but this is literally an every visit occurrence!!

Acknowledge the customers!!! Don't click an order is ready when it's obviously not or won't be anytime soon! An better yet get some friendlier staff!!!

A argument broke out between two staff members. The lady at the front taking orders went to take my order and told me all the drama before I even said a word to her. I think her name is Alexis… not sure. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Train your team members on professionalism and customer service. She also did this to other customers walking in the door. Smh. Also, waited 40 minutes for two pizzas and two orders of bread sticks. I don’t wanna come back to this place unfortunately.

Editing to add: It is the day after I ordered from Little Caesars in Elizabethtown, and I have food poisoning from the crazy puffs I ate from there. DO NOT eat here. You will get sick!

Don’t order from here unless you want to be told you can “only order certain foods online.” Also, don’t order from here unless cold food that should be warm is something you like.
