This 2-start rating will not make sense to some.
The food was good. Our waitress was friendly, professional, and on point. The atmosphere was Family-friendly.
The 2-stars is for the restaurant policy towards Veterans. When we asked if LongHorns has a Veteran discount, we were told "Yes, but only one person per table can receive it."
So even a table with multiple veterans would see ONE person's meal discounted.
Even if a group combined the check and a veteran paid the bill, only ONE Veteran's meal would be discounted.
This is a business-losing policy LongHorn Steakhouse! 👎🏻 Bad form!

Lately this place have been losing it. A year ago I used to go almost 2-3 times a week and everything good, but now everytime I go I need to wait up to 25 minutes to order a drink. The stake was not cooked as requested, I don’t know, might be myself but I don’t feel like going back at this branch soon.

There flay top grills was down and they never said anything till a whole 45 mins laters
Will never come back to this longhorn again. A year ago we came here and it was bad. My steak was cooked at two different temps. How is that possible! Broccoli was cooked differently than my friends. Went back tonight, a year later. My steak was still alive! We ordered appetizers and salad. Everything was good but after enough time to wonder why it was taking so long our steak came out. Mine was rare after ordering medium rare. My husband's was cooked to temp but cold. I can not believe this place known for steaks screwed this up again! I will never go to a longhorn again. If I'm spending $180 dollars I could not imagine that this place could ruin it for me again .. but they did. So I would say they are consistent in that. I appreciate Robin trying to make it better, but Will NEVER go to this longhorn again. She told us the kitchen died .. WHAT THE HELL DOES THAT MEAN! What does refuse the window mean Robin said that happened. Regardless. This place is NOT worth the $$$!
I love spending $180 on food to go home and eat left over Qdoba!

I went to Longhorns for my birthday. The bill was $100+. My Ribeye was good THATS IT! My parents food was adequate at best. My Mothers Sweet Baked Potato was Burnt! The server was HORRIBLE! He was never to be found! A woman Manager was very very rude to another table. The way she talked was Disgraceful! This was one of our favorite places to eat. We will NOT be back for awhile if at all!!!

I had the grilled salmon. Salmon was fresh, the flavors could be better. It is on the salty side. Mashed potatoes were excellent as well as the strawberry salad. I ordered for take out. Food was ready n waiting. However, no one was around to bring foods out. I had to retrieve it myself because literally no one was around. Poor customer service.

First of all the server was absolutely great she went above and beyond the Call of Duty to satisfy us it took longer than it should have to get our meal and then when we did finally get it it was cold that was not the server fault. The manager did make up the difference and offered to make all new food and have it hot we opted not to wait longer and she gave us a discount thank you for the manager and that awesome server that we had thank you. Other than that I love the place that is the first time it has happened in such a fashion

Went to this place for a second time. Yep just like the last. Waited for 45 mins for a seat then the wait really started. Our table and the table next to us with kids. Waited for over an hour and a half to have our meals. This time I will not be back.

Service was great, but the food wasn't. The ribeye steaks were gristle and rubbery. No baked potato or sweet potatoes were ready. Requested gluten-free, but I don't think that was passed on to the kitchen considering how my stomach felt.

Had to be the worse meal I've ever tried to eat, when we tried to talk to manager, she didn't even try to make it right, or comp out anything. I had to contact corporate office to get any satisfaction. However corporate was very quick to reply and respond, they did comp full meal with a e-gift card, which I will probably never use, I will NEVER dine there again.
Vegetarian options: Order salad dressing on the side, so it's not swimming in dressing.
Dietary restrictions: I'm on a low salt diet, steak was so salty it was not edible.
Parking: Would try to find another place to eat.
Kid-friendliness: As far as I know, it was okay
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it is.
